Horrible atttitude from the notary on duty on Saturday 1/20/24. She was following UPS guidelines in regards to needing witnesses, but the delivery of her message was nearly combative on top of being rude. I had called the prior day to make sure that a notary was going to be there. It might have been avoided if the gentleman who told me that a notary would be on duty had disclosed that UPS has different guidelines and that all of the witnesses must come from in house and that the notary will not be one.
