I was home all day today and nobody knocked on my door or attempted to just left a notice in my mailbox stating they tried to deliver my package but nobody was available for a signature.

Twice this week I’ve had issues with my packages. The first package was open and an item missing from it. I contacted the sender and of course got my money refunded. This time I had a big package with items that said delivered to parcel locker. Not only was there no key in the mailbox there is no package left for me. I’m disputing the issue with the seller and it was declined. This is happening so often I’m beginning to wonder if this is an issue with the delivery drivers and not the sellers. My neighbor has been having issues with her mail as well. Items being shoved and damaged while delivered. This is unacceptable. There is a lady that deliver our mail and she is fantastic and so polite. But the other gentleman does not seem to care about others items.

The Post Master, Rick, has been the most helpful Post master I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I had a missing package, and with his communication with the deliver, my package was located. He went above and beyond with customer service. Thank you Rick! Happy New Year!

Establish yourself as part of the community by getting your own post office box! You too can get your mail delivered here like over a thousand others in the area. If you need to mail a package, they can help with that too! Just need to drop off an envelope? Use the drop box that you can simply pull up to.

Very incompetent and you have to wonder if monkeys are running the place? There's no hustle here never is never was how they get away with it is beyond us? We see mail trucks all over Palatka Florida sitting in the shade or talking to someone but notgoing anywhere going anywhere☹️?☹️? and how many hundreds of times we have gotten mail that's torn jammed into our little box that's too small for what they're jamming in there basically destroying our mail ☹️?☹️?

Staff inside Post Office are very nice… however, I was told the mailman re-keys the locks on Wednesdays (I assume for new homeowners) and I can pick them up from the Post Office any time after that. When I did, the keys didn’t open the lock. You had one job!? OK, maybe a couple… but still… really? That’s OK… it’s only junk mail anyway. You can keep it. The important stuff is delivered digitally.?

Went in to drop off my EDDM mailers that I drop off at the 100 other post office in the state. The lady behind the counter was rude, unprofessional no customer service skills talk to me like I was dumb. She’d make a better correction officer than a postal worker. And I will be going to follow up on the route that they’re supposed to be on with homeowners to see if they actually went out and I’ll be going to the post office to check up. I’ll be calling the USPS to make sure terrible terrible post office at least a terrible worker is there. I’m going to file a formal complaint against this worker. As I can see, there’s many other bad reviews which I assume are because of her she has real issues.

Customer service is terrible. They always have attitudes when people call if u can even get thru. Tbh if u need help u have to take a trip up there. I even see they took the Palatka number off the web and the only one we can call is their robot, which sucks. They need a team up there who actually wants to help people and not just do a job. Do better Palatka postal office

firstly, i live in a apartment complex and i was expecting to get some mail not even 20-30 mins ago. i called them and was explaining to one of those ladies who answered the phone that the delivery driver gave me the wrong key to open up the door for my package. she had a RUDE attitude by the way but when i was giving her my address by spelling she was like “i know how to spell” likeeee. i’m trying to help you out because obviously someone was wrong in the process. like, if you don’t like your job, don’t work there, HUN.

Who ever delivers to west Bridgeport rd. Need to pay attention to the street name and address. In the last 2.5 years I have had to drive across to the other Bridgeport rd. Not west Bridgeport and get my packages over 10 time. PAY ATTENTION !!!!!!!!!!!!
