Service is great anytime I come in one of the gentleman here will help me I have my go-to but when he's not here I go to anybody else and they help me with anything I have trouble with it's a great help to me and my husband

My service was excellent. The representative that helped me get my devices was really good. Exceptional We engaged in good conversation and talk about life, retirement, and family. I wouldn't have changed this experience.

the young man help me set up my military discount. He also helped me create my Verizon account and verify me. This was the second young man. The first failed miserably at explaing things to me. This was a very frustrating experience and I feel the office in Palatka only cares about a quick buck . I could go on and on about what went wrong. At first this post said this was a great experience because the young man that helped me the second day put his own review in which I did not authorize him to say that. It was not an overall good experience. Telling someone the Verizon box will pick up streaming should be clarified to people that don't realize if you don't have a smart TV you can't use it. They give you a box with no instructions. And they pile on Extras that you don't even need. It's not been a great experience switching and I should have stayed with Comcast however I'm not going through the Troubles of switching back. I just kind of got to adapt.

I've been In sever times about a virus on my phone. Some of the guys would brush me off after I was sold a phone. The reason why my review is a 5stars is because when I met this guy with the ponytail and cool tie he not only fixed it he also takes to the guy who sold me the phone and now they all help me with my issues thanks to him

Love this store it's the most helpful provider that I've ever been with. The service is very good and I always have a signal. And I will recommend Verizon to all of my friends because att sucks. I love coming to see the handsome young man with that nice smile.

I just got back for Thailand with my wife and I was having all kinds of trouble. The gentleman that sold me my phone was actually really helpful. He got all my problems solved with a smile. Well worth the trip to Palatka.*NOTE FROM THE REAL MIKE A*: I did not submit that post. It was fraudulently submitted. Most likely by the Verizon rep that had my phone while supposedly trying to fix the many issues I've been having with it since I purchased it. (Which by the way, he didn't. He pretty much lies about everything.) There are only 2 devices with access to my Google Maps account, my PC and my phone. Since nobody has access to my PC it had to have been done on my phone and it was with the Verizon rep at the time of the bogus post.For the 3 months I was in Thailand, I had to put up with a buggy phone that didn't work as I was told since the rep that sold it to me lied about everything. PLUS, my home Internet hasn't been right since he said he was upgrading it to 5G. I found out Verizon doesn't even have 5G service in my area from their techsupport.I'll be submitting a complaint to the Florida Dept.of Consumer Affairs to try to cancel my service contract. A little advice...DON"T USE VERIZON!

I was taken back by the store not having the payment machine but I was greeted fast. They paid my phone bill and I was on my way. Not to shabby. Great job

My bill was $500 plus and it was a little shocking to see my bill that high. I came in and the representative help me lower my bill by $200 and got Auto place set up on my account. This was quite pleasant and I really enjoyed my experience.

I travel a lot a lot and I get good services but not at home. I wanted my videos to play and they don't the gentleman helped me change plans and now I get service at my house. Better experience than the last time I was in

I am certainly not a tech person so have depended on the staff at the Verizon stores in Gainesville and Palatka Florida. They have always been courteous, patient and helpful when I go in with questions my 9 year old grandson could probably answer. Have never left feeling frustrated or disappointed.

I lost all my contacts because my wife accidentally deleted all of them because our Gmail's are linked. I needed to have them for work. The gentleman that sold me the phone not to long ago, Did a backup from my cloud.all my contacts came back.
