WORST PHARMACY EVER ☹️? these people are not warm and friendly at all, and whether you use the drive up or stand in line, you're guaranteed an average at 10 to 20 minute. Waiting around to get anything done ☹️? calling in as a joke cuz they never answer their phone. You've got to call the manager of the Walgreens store and he's got to walk back there and get somebody on the phone ☹️? Is there some of the reasons why we moved our prescriptions to an entirely different pharmacy?...

This is the worst Walgreens I've ever been to first they call to say your prescription is ready you get there and they can't find it, then they have you on hold for 1/2 and keep hanging up everytime they pick up without saying anything! Never again these small town pharmacies suck.

I have been a Walgreens client for 30+ years. Had a prescription to fill. First they said Ins issue, I called Ins and they had it has not even been submitted. So I called them on it, then the Pharmacist was on lunch, come back in an hour. Finely the truth comes out, the Pharmacist decided she knows more than my Dr and would not fill it. Told me to get a new Dr, I choose to get a new Pharmacy. I have called corp twice to complain, both times told they would call back in 24 hours, never a call. I guess my business is not important to them.

DO NOT use this Walgreens, the Pharmacist feels she can override doctors orders. I have been using Walgreens for 30 years until today. Not only did she feel she should override the Drs orders, she suggested finding a new doctor, I find it hard to find a good doctor, but pretty easy to find a new pharmacy. When our prescriptions are due, they will be transfered.

The woman I spoke with for a prescription refill was incredibly rude and unprofessional. She asked what pharmacy I was transferring from and I said "The Medicine Place" she laughed and said "Um yeah!? I know! What is the NAME of the pharmacy??!!" And I said "that is the name of the pharmacy..." and she did a condescending laugh again and said "Wow, that's the first." I work in customer service and I would never talk to a customer like that. Just overall shocked at the ignorance.

This store is the worst at the pharmacy for not answering your call and if they do, they put you on hold forever! Have been on hold many times half hour or longer and then I get frustrated and hang up. NO excuse for making someone wait online that long. I am always polite when calling so that's definitely not the case as to why. This Walgreens definitely needs to be more considerate to people when calling to talk to someone ?On a happier note...They are very polite and prompt when going to the store in person at the pharmacy but when living a bit away, sometimes I have to call and talk with someone at times about my meds and that's the issue I have with them is calling them.

they've never actually gotten any medication wrong or made an error but they are so slow you'd better get a 90-day supply cuz you'll go through them waiting in line.

Store part isn't that bad but by far the worst pharmacy I've ever been to to almost 30 minutes to get through the line then the next day almost 45 minutes to get through the drive through worst pharmacy ever
