Terry, the pharmacist is a total joke. So arrogant and condescending . Sends a text that script is ready and then when you get there they act like they don't have a clue. They see you standing there and pain in a sling look right at you and say 45 minutes. Dumber than a box of fancy candy. Will never use Winn-Dixie again due to Terry. By keeping him employed there Winn-Dixie corporate just shows that they couldn't care less as long as someone with a pulse is standing there

Problems every time, they don't put insurance through, you always have to wait hours before picking up your prescription, they think they have control of your health over your own doctor. The Pharmacist Terry is the worst I've ever dealt with, he is so arrogant and doesn't look to help, he wants to control what your doctor orders. Techs have no clue what to do, I have to tell them how to do their job. There is always a problem The worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with.

Ever single time I come to pick up my prescriptions ... There's a problem ... 2 years !!!This time, I came in to pick my meds ... Supposed to be 4, they had 1! Then told me I had to have my Dr redo my refills. This was after they texted me for the refills and I replied to have them refilled. So now, I have to go through my Dr to call them to refill my meds. I'm a truck driver ... This will be the 4th time I have lost money because these "techs" couldn't tell me my refills were out on my meds.I will either have to miss work or do without till I get back. So rediculous!!!! I am so done with these people!

I don't understand the negative reviews for this pharmacy. I use it for a prescription each month and save over $100 per month on that single prescription using a GoodRx card vs. using my insurance. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Don't listen to the whiners.

I would give a - 5 if I could. They almost never have the lotto machine working. At least once a month, they don't have Hennessy except the largest bottle. Terrible store, just go there at all due to proximity.

I was told by corporate customer service that W/D will not be giving rain checks at this time because they do not want the paper to go out of the store and then come back for redemption and be infected by the Covid-19 virus. I was also told that the plexi glass is for the cashiers protection but that my food she handles doesn't have to be protected from the cashier. I was also told that the Deli,Bakery and Seafood Departments that handle open food do not have to wear a mask because it is not part of the Governor's mandate. They said that it's the employee's choice to wear gloves and or masks, but they cannot afford them, especially based on the shortage, they do not want to take away from medical personnel. What a joke?

This is the worst pharmacist in the biz...it is the female pharmacist. She lies and doesn't care if she follows thru with what she is doing. I know several people who feel the same way about her. Personally I will not go to WINN Dixie for groceries and especially not to the pharmacy. She needs to realize she is not owed a job just because she went to college. I work to hard for my $$$$ just to give it away to this kind of public servant. I doubt Mr. Davis had this kind of relationship or service in mind when he started sav-a-lot or Winn Dixie.

The majority of the staff are wonderful and have a pleasant attitude. However, Terry, the Pharmacist has a terrible attitude. He verbally told me that I may not be able to use my Savings card due to working for a government agency, which was totally untrue. Then, he only allowed me the minimum amount of my insulin for 25-30 days, when my insurance Company acknowledged that they cover a cartridge of insulin each month. And, I should further note that I have been receiving a cartridge of my medication for several years. And, then he claims that on yesterday that Winn Dixie had been filling it WRONG for all of these years. That is extremely unbelievable. It's unfortunate that he's working with this great team.
