Heather is very rude, she also comes to your home at 9 PM banging as if she’s the police she does not tell who she is or anything, she’s also very rude over the phone.

I ordered a bedroom set from Heather, Unfortunately when the delivery guys came to deliver the bedroom I noticed they were setting up a different bedroom set that I did not order. Of course the whole mood changed after that and it was an awkward tension in the room. While disassembling the bedroom set the head board of the bed fell on top of one of the delivery guys which created a scratch on the wall, & I went to lift the headboard off of him & mentioned the scratch. As they are taking stuff down to the truck and getting the last pieces out of the room (me sitting in the dining room & then going to check to see what’s left in the room for them to do) I then notice this huge smudge looking mark going across my wall. That was not previously there either. When I mentioned it to them they were looking at me as if I just made that up and gave me a “well we don’t know about that one but we will take a picture of it”. Well I certainly didn’t do it myself and it wasn’t there when you first came in the house. Not to mention that if there was a mark on the wall when you first came in I’m sure before setting up the furniture you would have said “hey we noticed there’s a mark on your wall before setting this up” to make sure they weren’t the ones who did it. I also want to add that there was never furniture in this apartment since I moved in. When they came in they seen all I had was an air mattress in the room that doesn’t even reach to the height of this mark in the wall. I’m highly disappointed at not getting the set I ordered but even more so at the reaction when mentioning the damage on the wall as if I had just made that up out of no where.
Update: after speaking with several different people about my wall who all seem to have this attitude as if I did the damage myself to include the manager Cynthia who was cutting me off while talking and acting annoyed I made a complaint. Cynthia also made the comment “I know my guys didn’t make that scuff mark” as if she was in my house or had ever been to my house. Aaron’s solution for this matter was to go to my leasing office at my apartments and request paint be given to me for me to fix the wall myself, & I also have to go out and buy the paint bucket and paint brush (money out of my pocket). I also did not get a refund of the 10 dollars I paid to start the lease for the wrong furniture set they took back the same day.
Suggestion: Make sure that you write down everyone’s name that you come in contact with. Take photos and even videos of your place before, during, & after. Lastly watch them from your door to the place they set up your furniture and during the set up, & call out anything you see wrong. Next be prepared for the headache that comes after any damage. All in all I was treated as if I was a liar by way too many people from this company, they are rude, and unprofessional. The delivery guys were even pissed off at Heather for sending them to me with the wrong set as well. Good luck if you decide to rent from here.

The only Aaron's I will ever use! I've had issues with the quality, the condition and the service at a few other stores but this store has none of those problems. You get brand new in the box merchandise unless otherwise stated, the manager Cynthia is helpful and knowledgeable about their products and goes above and beyond. I have rented TVs for large Super Bowl parties, A couch, while our custom one was being made, and now an arcade game (my kids don't do their chores it goes back lol) and every time I have received stellar service from this store. Additional note: avoid the Melbourne store, like the plague.

I came in to get some furniture and Cynthia was amazing. She was very attentive, courteous and detail oriented. She helped me pick what I needed and even told me when my man taste wasn’t so good lol. She is a super star and will definately use again when the need arises. 10 out of 10 !!!!

Love our couch, paid it off in a year. unfortunately the staff isn’t the friendliest. Heather was always rude and sounded like she did not want to be there or at least on the phone. Won’t be returning to this store to purchase

I am 65, retired and live on a budget so sometimes cannot afford things immediately, so I don't mind paying more for some quality items, maybe with a trial rental , rather than a long term rent to own option or often I have selected the on a "cash and carry" option , that I have found at Aaron's in the past.I can always count on good customer attention and response from the front desk staff, as I enter the store and after some store review statements I made online, I guess "they know my name ".So let me say first, after reading some other reviews, I have never had a bad "delivery experience". The delivery people I have experienced have always displayed the most courteous behavior and they have been careful to respect myself, my property and items they have delivered.In my opinion, the delivery person's I have experienced have been well trained, perhaps with other store experience, as well as Aaron, long term employee's and are among the the best.I have often tipped them ,when I can.However, trying to remain a loyal customer is increasingly difficult, although, I get store flyers and mailings during promotion period's, recently, despite have autopayments set up and the customer protection service plan, today, I seldom get the things I need.In the past, I have made some major store purchases, with the 120 day same as cash payment option, from this store; including, a riding mower, laptops, furniture, etc... but I am a negotiator and perhaps that is unwanted but I used to get a lot more bargains at this store. I guess the economy has tighten and cash and carry merchandise availability is down or maybe my business is best taken to elsewhere.I used to give this store 5 stars. In my opinion, they should do better.

I went there to look around and check out prices the staff was very helpful and attentive. The merchandise is modern and clean. The merchandise is a little pricey but if someone doesn't have good credit this is useful to furnish your home their is plenty of parking and the store is pretty big lots of options.

What an amazing customer service experience we had! I purchase some furniture there that I saw on MarketPlace on FB. The furniture look very nice. Heather is super nice and helpful. Has great customer service skills. Her and her other co-worker even helped us load the truck. I would recommend them to anyone.
