HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I asked the wife to pick up 2 high-end cabs bottles on the way home. My 15yo daughter was with her. My daughter helped carry 1 bottle and put it on the counter. The older CS man snapped” Can I see your ID” to my daughter. “I can’t sell this to you” as he grabbed the bottles away. That’s it! No explanation what they did wrong, no friendly smile, no statement of how they violated the law or what to do next time. No apology, just being these and rude with a long-time customer. My wife is 46 with ID and wasn’t allowed to buy it!
So, she went to Walmart for better price and NO ATTITUDE! And they don’t care who touches what bottle. ABC
REPLY: so is it also policy to be rude,and terse? So why didn’t he sell it to my 46 YO wife? Why did he ask my 15 YO daughter for ID when she doesn’t even drive. Are children not allowed in the store? Why isn’t that posted? Why did the store manager not call me back? Your answer is sub par at best. You lost a longtime customer.

Ordered on line for curbside delivery as handicapped & can't walk into store without a lot of help. Pulled up, called number as directed. Phone rang & rang & rang. Tried this X 3 still no answer, sat for about 10 minutes. Had someone go in to pick up, clerk rude said was on phone, there were 2 other emoyees there stocking shelves. Clerk, she said "should have just come in in first place". Anyway tried it once, not as advertised & will not be returning. They had already billed my card so imagine if someone had no
t been able to go in for me.

The staff are very knowledgeable about where to find specific drinks. Was in and out because of that. As a dasher and a customer I love this place!

Linda is the best! She is always professional courteous and kind. No matter how busy she is, she makes you feel like you’re her only customer! She does the work of 3 employees and deserves a big raise!

Super efficient staff! Very pleasant and helpful. Especially cashier 23902. We will shop here again and again, Well stocked store but mainly great staff is the reason we shop here rather than other stores.
