I changed my previous review. I understand it is policy and am simply struggling with personal things that caused me to lash out.
This pharmacy is wonderful and the owner is attentive and efficient. I love this place!

The staff goes above and beyond to meet their customers needs. I moved here from Orlando and was having to drive a hour back to Orlando to have my meds filled. Carly and staff were able to get all my prescriptions at their location. Never again will I visit a chain pharmacy! I will be an Acquaviva customer for life.

Pharmacist and staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They truly care. My mother in law was with them for over 25 years and we have been with them for 12 years. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone in the area. They truly go above and beyond for their patients. Especially Maria, she is sooo helpful and kind. She is always making sure I get everything I need in a timely manner. Thank you for being such a kind pharmacy! Always a pleasant experience when speaking to anyone that works there!

I was at CVS for years. I never was satisfied with customer service. Moving to Palm Bay made me go to CVS at Palm Bay. Customer service was terrible. Rude losing my medicine and hanging up if I had questions about my medicine. After driving by Acquavivas pharmacy I called to see if this pharmacy was taking my insurance. Since being at this pharmacy I am happy as a clam. Customer service is excellent if I call with questions people are soooooo nice and sweet. This pharmacy my from now on. Ursula lesane

The quality of care in this pharmacy is to be commended! I felt confident from the first phone call that every employee in there cared and took the time to ensure my son had what we needed today! I usually have to drive to Arnold Palmer to get medication for my son because he is touchy to treat and they went above and beyond to help and order what they didn't have. Saves me so much time and money and it is unbelievably appreciated.

Staff bends over backwards for you and are always courteous and attentive. I will miss them terribly as I moved out of state. Have yet to find their like here.

Carl and his staff are wonderful. They go out of their way to help you with anything you need. They will deliver with a smile on their face to your home, you could ask for nothing more. I recommend them

I couldn't take walgreens poor customer service any more (it's not the employees' fault.. management, keeps cutting their hours) so I read the great reviews for this pharmacy and I asked them to bring my profile over. They were very pleasant and by Monday everything was a go. They filled a prescription for me. When I call, I actually get to speak with the pharmacy staff. I feel like a Boulder has been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you Acquaviva staff.
