When working on seeing about being approved for a advance Mrs. Pam was on the ball and explained everything to me easily and was not pushy. I love working with her and any time I need to do my payments or get an advance she my gal to go to.THANK YOU MRS. PAM!!!

Great experience, excellent service, quick and efficient. My application was not approved online but Pam the manager had the initiative to call me and help me in person. I was approved and definitely a place I'd trust in the future.

Oscar at advance America in Palm Bay west on Malabar was an amazing help! I came in looking to cash a check from a Canadian bank and even thi they don't cash checks he took the time to hunt down information for me so I can take the check and get it cashed before the holidays! Five stars all day! Thanks Oscar!

The staff at this location has excellent customer service skills and delivered exceptional service. This was first time going there and I went there based on the reviews that I’ve read from previous customers. I too can attest to how great they truly are. I got exactly what I needed within 30 minutes and the process was very easy! I will definitely be using this location the next time I may need it!
