Waited 2 weeks to get line burried they no showed used chat 3 times total joke called burried line number rude ...well should have been do e yesterday but we will get to it next week..asked for a supervisor we dont have one asked for customer service to file a complaint we do not have a complaint department

Tony was such a big help with me and husband! I would always recommend people to switch to AT&T if they have helpful workers like him at their stores. I walked out knowing what I was purchasing and he was very clear about the pricing and what my bill will look like. Even help with getting me a discount! I’m a happy customer!

The customer service is great had a problem with my phone the young man sorry forgot his name helped me with no problem when the atat store on Aug gail rd in Melbourne was rude and said that nothing he could do call samsung. When I just purchased the phone from them thanks atat on palm bay rd for great customer service

Don’t trade your phone in! It’s a scam and I’m surprised this policy is even legal. ATT gives you a monthly credit for your trade-in, which reduces the monthly bill for your new phone. What they don’t tell you is that if you pay the phone off early, the credit for your trade-in is lost. I traded in an IPhone 12 Pro Max which was worth at least $800 at the time of trade in. If I pay my phone off now, I will have only received $120 for that phone.
