Store was in disarray. Clerks fulfilled orders and left me standing in line. Walked right past me and didn’t address me in anyway. Filthy, disorganized store with rude staff.

Went to get bundle oil deal for two cars, Luis was not helpful at all. He wanted to charge me extra for an extended filter which should have been a part of the bundle. I returned the oil to the shelf and drove to Advance Auto and received the same oil bundle for $20 less. Thanks, Luis for saving I received at your competitor location down the street.

My battery was dead and I didn’t know what steps to take to fix it. I called the store and Joshua was SO PATIENT in answering all my questions. He even told me what tools I’ll need to remove the battery out of the car and helped me to understand how the whole process works. As a lady it can be difficult in a male dominated industry where you’re constantly being finessed. I’m pretty sure Joshua saved me A LOT of money and I'm so grateful! Thank you so much Joshua, you deserve a raise! Thank you to Chris for being an amazing manager as well!

The customer service is lacking. I haven't not been to an AutoZone that wouldn't help with recycling oil. Wait... No, they helped me - they made me carry my oil to the back room (employees only area) and pour it in a bin myself. They also made me take my bottles back. Why even bother advertise you help with this.

Always issues with their oil recycling everytime I come here, last time they made me walk to the back of the store and pour it myself and I’ve never had a place do that before
