You should fix the cardless/digital reader on the drive-thru ATM. Sat on hold for 15 minutes trying to report it to the 1-800 number and got nowhere.

Positive side: I got what I needed, my money deposited into my checking account.Negative side: I felt really uncomfortable the whole time. Employees have no shame talking smack about people. Nothing was said about me specifically, but if they would talk about others, they would talk about me.They also make no effort to hide the fact they’d rather be doing something else. It permeates the bank with an air of hostility.I also heard one employee failing to control his temper at a customer who didn’t understand something. It scared me for if I ever needed something important done in the future.Thankfully there are other Bank of America branches in the area. My recommendation for people in general would be to go to one of the other branches or to use the ATM instead of talking to a teller if possible. Something is just wrong with this one.

For the past 2 yearsI have deposited my pay check 2X a month from the same wealthy company, the checks always clear but yet you make me wait 3-4 days for my money? Are you using it in the stock market for a few then returning it to me and then have enough nerve to charge me monthly banking fees??????BOA GIVE ME MY MONEYEdit: to your AI and uncaring response: I don't want your excuses. That company has been in this town for 25 years, they're wealthy and my checks always clear. I'll also be sure to copy paste this review to all your location's!! So get ino your computer and GIVE ME MY MONEY BOA!!!!!!!!!

The hours of operation are offensive- how is a normal, working individual supposed to go and do their banking between the hours of 10AM-4PM, and not open at all on Saturday?

Extremely slow service. Solving a simple problem took about 45 minutes.After my complain, the branch manager called and left a message to call him back. Telephone number he left was a general number of the branch. I called that number and after numerous rings, nobody answered and than I was switched to their automated service, which recommended to go to their website and cut me off. So much for communication."GREAT SERVICE"

They advertise a drive thru that literally never has a teller. Today I waited 30 minutes to deposit cash into my account (as they only had 1 teller) just to be told they couldn't help me and I had to use the ATM. What is the point of having an in person bank if no one is ever available to help. They are so concerned with everything being moved to online. I may as well just have an online bank

They wont cash checks drawn on their own bank unless you open an account with them.They close at 4pm on Friday.They are staffed by low intelligence low quality button pushers.As much scumbags today as they were over 15 years ago when I first felt violated by their demands for thumbprints to cash my payroll and the predatory and socially irresponsible investments they make.

It’s so bad. I go to one, and they’re mysteriously closed. “Through no fault of their own.”. The ONLY one in PB only takes appointments. They have to be going under. Use any other bank.

To start I have to say I only have one star because I wasn’t able to leave it blank !!!I would NOT recommend this bank to anyone! On May 7th our account was hacked in to and we have yet to get it resolved. On May 8th I went in to get a new bank card for our account and was advised that the card was ordered to find out today that it had in fact not been ordered. Also was advised on May 8th that our new address had been entered into the system to find out on May 15th that it had not been. I realize that people are human and do make mistakes however good customer service requires one to acknowledge the mistake instead I was advised by Sean “if I said I changed your address then I did change it”. How’s that for customer service? Again I would not recommend Bank of America to anyone! Greatly looking forward to the fraud department to get their job done so that we can withdraw our funds and take our business else where!!!!!

Sean was great. Amazing service he helped me set up 3 accounts. Very curious and knowledgeable. Much better banking experience here compared to my other bank. Not sure why this place gets so many bad reviews. My experience there and with Sean was great!
