“I went there today to get my new debit card as my old one was about to expire and I no longer lived at the old address my new card would be sent to. The teller (I think his name was Brian) was very friendly and professional and was able to help me determine if a new card has already been activated and sent to the wrong address and then he was able to issue me my new one, no problem. He also discussed some credit card options with me but wasn't overbearing or pushy about it. I've never had a negative experience at any PNC and that still holds true to this day. There's a reason I've been with PNC since I was 15 years old. I don't know where they go to hire their tellers but every location I've been to, this one included, have the best tellers and customer service of any major chain bank (although Navy Federal is a close second).”

“I've been using SCCU for a really long time and never had a problem with them. Everyone at this particular branch head always been really nice and respectful. I've only ever done deposits and withdrawals so I don't know how they handle other inquiries but again, they've always been really nice to me.”

“i had woke up to an email saying i had a negative bank balance due to a horrendous system error; long story short i spent hours on the phone in the morning and early afternoon trying to get to the bottom of an issue. i’ve been with wells fargo since 2010, i’ve experienced a handful of major issues, this was going to be my final straw. samantha, the bank branch manager was able to go above and beyond through customer service and handle my emergency with sincere care and my account is now in normal standing. i only post reviews when it’s absolutely necessary. samantha, you get 6 out of 5 stars, thank you very much.”

“Had to come in to get 6 months of bank statements the cashier explain that there was a fee of $5 a sheet. I explained that's to expensive and she gave me another choice of paper statements that are free that helped me out”

“I've been with Bank of America for 24 years. Via phone BOA made me change my checking account into having overdraft protection. Something I didn't need. A few months later I was getting a monthly maintenance fee for $25. I telephone the 1800 bank number. I tried to have this fix and the person on the phone said that it couldn't be done and instructed me to have the account in 0 and to close the account. I went to this branch and they were able to fix the maintenance fee since I have direct deposit. It was an hour wait but that is fine. The staff was courteous and kind. Bianca took care of me. She did awesome.
It makes me think that the phone associates do not want to work and it is best to do businesses with BOA in Person. Four stars due to the wait. If not, it would have been a five star review. Thanks!”

“I would like to talk about a bank I've been with for a few years. The name of the bank is TD Bank. There are not many businesses left today as this bank. One of the employees that I spoke today is named Nancy, this woman stayed on the phone with me for at least 10 minutes or so, it was such a pleasure to talk to this employee, I found out from her what a great bank this is, she was out of work for a medical procedure for 5 months and TD held her position for her. She listened do some of my situations I've been through recently and also found out, she grew up in the state that I did. Nancy transferred me over to another department and I got to talk to a woman named Angie, she also was a pleasure to talk to. If you want a bank that will listen to what you have to say I would highly recommend TD bank. I do have to continue on the review I'm doing on TD Bank. I mentioned in this review Nancy and Angie, I must add one more name to this list, her name was Sahirah, if we lived near one another, we would definitely be best of friends.

“Went into the branch the other morning to get a replacement check card the lady was quick to help. She placed the order for my new card quickly and gave me a temporary card just to make sure I had no problems with my damaged card.”

“Scott the branch manager is absolutely amazing, he reached out directly to me to clear everything up and handle my issues. the customer service number of chat? i do NOT recommend they are in no way the same as the in branch personnel. always go INTO the branch to handle any issues because i have never had an unpleasant experience inside of a launch branch.”
