I love this office. They take such good care of my pets and they always remember us even when we just call in on the phone. They are so accommodating and go out of their way to try and get you seen asap. Their care club membership helps you save a lot of money. My dog is a senior so it gives me so much peace of mind to know that if I have to unexpectedly take him in, it will be covered by the care club. Highly recommend this office. I've also boarded here too and it was easy and I knew my baby was well taken care of.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Dr Alexandra R. signed my dog's document "official certificate of veterinary inspection" on 12/21/2021, by the time my dog was Giardia and Coccidia positive. Puppies plus ( pet store at the Melbourne Mall) added manually a date of negative test on 12/29/2021 My dog was sold on 12/31/2021 I was hopping that Dr Alexandra and VCA were not aware about it and decided to call them today Unfortunately they are aware and they work together with Puppies Plus providing this type of non sense document. The negative result has not been provided to me And do not want any document from VCA How can I trust them ? I can't By the way I took my dog to other Animal Vet and she got Giardia POSITIVE My new dog contaminated my other 2 dogs that had contact to her during the past days Nobody cares about pets anymore Sad story

Dr. Bauman was really kind when I inquired after the Havanese I recently bought who had a parasite. He was very helpful and went out of his way to help me. He was a lifesaver!

Big shout out to this VCA. We're out of town and our dog needed some help. A great staff that cared for our pet. They also provided an estimate of costs which we sincerely appreciated. Such a positive experience. Thank you all.

Very pleased with the service and loving people there. They definitely stick by their slogan. I can honestly say I found the perfect Dr/vet for my pet. With everything going on makes my heart happy to know I can reliable on a vet and not have to worry about apart of my family. Thank you Dr. Peterson.

Never again! I took my cat in to be seen for what we thought might have been an emergency. The tech that came out to walk us in was super rude after she saw that I had my children with me(we all had masks). She acted as if we were bothering her by being there at night. To make it even worse, the lady doctor had the audacity to pull me out the room after talking to me as if we lied about how the cat was acting. She asked me if its possible that my cat ate marijuana. Seriously!!! I know I probably looked tired from working all day and being a parent, but geez lady, you could have kept that to yourself. She had no idea what to do with my cat, she then said, " next time take a video", I took him home without a proper diagnosis and had to pay for a 15 minute appt. with no real answers. Never ever again!!!!

VCA Village Animal Hospital went above and beyond for our boy Barley. He accidentally stepped on a treble fish hook. They made sure to get us in ASAP! Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you so much!

VCA is amazing! All the staff, one nicer than the other! So caring and kind! You can see how much they love our fur babies! They truly love them as if it were their own. Dr. Bauman goes out of his way to do everything possible to treat our doggies. He helped our Rosie girl with a surgery and I believe his skill saved her life. Gianna is the assistant who helped us with the surgery too. Great people. Great place. He helped my GiGi when she came down with Fanconi’s Syndrome from treats from China that we thought were from the USA, like the bag said. She almost died. She’s perfectly fine now, 1 1/2 years later, thankfully. We love Dr. Bauman. Their prices are definitely better than what I’ve seen too.

Don't go here !!! Horrible place . Way to expensive. Tried charging me the first visit for my two dogs 300$ each and then when I said I couldn't do that they charged me 175$ for each and that wasn't for all there shots. Told me to come back in 3 weeks just to charge me again 150$ for each dog for more shots and told me that they need 5 shots of one thing. Visit itself if 71$. It's outrageous! Go to Melbourne animal hospital instead visit is 20$ itself

Took my dog in for his annual update on shots and the possibility of an ear infection. We have been a client for a little over a year, but this will be the last year with this facility. For his annual shots and medicated ointment for his ear I received a quote of almost $700.00, bc Dr Peterson wanted to do bloodwork to see if he has a thyroid issue, which we weren't there for anything other than annual shots and an ear infection, which he gets twice a year. We didn't even get all of his shots, because Dr Peterson claims he received a 3 yr rabies shot so that wasn't included. When I told the young lady with the paperwork that I couldn't afford that, I am currently just starting a new job during this pandemic. So the lady suggests their plan, because my credit card would be maxed out at 500.00, but she also tells me that the plan couldn't be put on that card. I was told that all I needed to pay that day was the 49.99 down payment and the 30.00 for the ointment and my bank card would be billed later in the week for the 60.00 per month reoccurring payment, actually was charged and taken out the same day. Oh yea Dr Peterson decided that my dog needed to get his teeth cleaned all of sudden so the plan needed to be the more expensive one. Then the young lady came back with another quote for his dental appointment stating that it was going to be another 200.00 bc even though they'll put my dog under to actually monitor him isn't covered by the plan or the paste to make sure he doesn't get an infection. So, to the reason of this yelp review today was that Dr Peterson called to say my dogs blood work was fine, but that I need to bring in a urine sample within the next 30 days, which this was never discussed at the appointment, we did discuss a stool sample, but not urine. I stated that I wasn't given anything to collect said sample and she says to use a ladle and tupperware container. Yes and this vets office is also about 30 minutes from my residence. Will not be renewing anything with this company after their so called pet plan is done and I will be calling and sending a notarized letter to them as well stating that the plan is not to be renewed in 2021.

If I could give this vets office 0 stars I would. I went w/ a puppy plan for my dog & was forced to stay with these people for a year. During this year I've had to pay insane prices for medication (which I called them out on, they only care about your money not your pet), I've scheduled appointment & had to wait 2 HOURS PAST MY SCHEDULED TIME because of their lunch. The time that really did it for me is when Dr.Peterson LAUGHED IN MY FACE because I explained to her I'm a struggling college student & can't afford to spend $400+ on a pinched nerve in my dogs back. (Which I went through 1800 Pet Meds & purchased an anti inflammatory for $30 & he was healed in a week!) these people are 100% after YOUR MONEY. Dr. Peterson takes 2 minutes to look at your pet & gets annoyed when you ask more questions. They also wrongfully charged me for the ADULT plan once the puppy plan was over & I gave them no permission to do so. I had never "renewed" his plan or upgraded to an adult plan & they decided it would be ok to "roll the plan over because most people stay anyway" with out even telling me. Dr. Peterson is extremely unprofessional & quite frankly isn't a good help at all when it comes to caring for your pet. Very rude & always became very annoyed to deal with my pet. I would never return here.

Took my 6 yr old female cat in today for the free exam to have her teeth looked at. I can barely afford to keep a roof over our heads (I have 2 other cats). I simply wanted her looked at to confirm/deny my own assessment of her needing 2 teeth extracted and how much I would need to save up to pay for it when I can afford to do so. Our entire visit was a total of maybe 10 mins from the moment we walked into the exam room to the time we left. During that time we saw 2 vet techs that were fairly okay. They left then the doctor came in, very quickly examined her (not even for a full minute), confirmed they do need to be extracted then stated he wanted to give her a shot (for what I can't recall because he talked so fast and didn't even seem to want to have a conversation with me) then said he was going to draw up & be right back with an estimate. He did not come back. Another lady came back with an estimate of $1518.36 - $1897.95 and a syringe filled with something I still don't know what it was for and when I asked what it was going to cost me she said $56. I looked at her puzzled and stated I wasn't planning on paying anything today as I cant afford it and was there for the free exam only. She nodded then tried to sell me a care club package $79.99/month. In a nutshell my Pebbles is as healthy as can be with super soft fur and a healthy weight for her size. She eats just fine, doesn't seem to be in discomfort in any way and only has bad breath and visible tarter or plaque or whatever it is on two of her upper back teeth on each side! She does not need any of that extra stuff in the estimate aside from extracting them! I feel as though they lure you in with the free exam and then they try to financially rape you and get that exam cost paid for in one way or another. Needless to say I will never step foot in there ever again! And to whoever reads this, no, do not contact me about this nor will I contact you to discuss further. There is absolutely no reason for me to waste one more second of my time with your business practices. Zero stars if I could. Shameful. There weren't even any other ppl in the waiting area so there was no valid reason we were rushed through so quickly and treated like we didn't even matter to you people aside from how much money you could s***** us for!

Worst vet ever--don't take your dog there. They gave my dog a shot for bordetella 3 weeks ago and then again today. Beware!
