Booked my appointment well in advance, but apparently my nails weren’t as important as the nail tech’s mother-in-law. My time got bumped with no notice so she could take care of “family matters.” That’s sweet for her, but not so sweet for a paying customer who arranged their day around this appointment. If you value reliability and respect for your schedule, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. I will not be returning.

I have been getting pedicures for YEARS and I have never experienced one so terrible in my life. I was in on 7/12 with my mother and got a regular gel pedicure. The nail tech was rough and painful when trimming my cuticles and I now have chemical burns on my feet from whatever soap and lotions they used!! My feet are still burning and itching hours later after I rushed home and washed them off TWICE. I will never return and wish I could get a refund.

Nail tech was not pleasant and very rough. Paid for pedicure and she was rough ,no consideration. Would never return there..

What I wanted. What I got. Had them redo it this is the second out come. They were rude and try to blame me for having short nail beds but … they cut my fingernails. I. Paid 100 for junk. They were so rough and it hurt during the appointment. Was stressful
They were also making funny of my hair on my legs. I am European. They were dirty as well used a used cloth for me and wasn’t clean. My fingers hurt

DO NOT go here if you want a soak off! I asked for a soak off on my acrylic nails and they drilled the polish off then took nail clippers to the acrylic and ripped the tips off, I was in so much pain and at one point said I don't want that I'll just go home and he offered then to soak them off. He was very very impatient and would only let them sit for 30 seconds at most in the acetone and then he would drill at them again. My nails are bruised and completely misshapen from being cut with acrylic on them. I have never had this issue with any other salon who patiently soaked my nails off. Beyond disappointed.

The service was absolute crap and my nails were crooked and the skin was burning. Got them redone the next day somewhere else. Never again. The people who work here are very unprofessional.

The salon is not “fancy” per say but for a quick pedicure/manicure it does the job. Only thing that made me give it a 3 star is that the tools were not in the sterilized pouches. Technician was only using them off the cart that was in place already.

Actually horrible they charge me $15 for a nail removal that was literally $10 and posted on their wall as $10 and I didn’t even have acrylic nails I had gel which takes half the time and half the effort to take off then acrylic so they literally overcharged me in front of my face, even when I said something And then had the nerve to ask me to do another Service like I would ever even come back here

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE . I went with my sister to get our toes done.. my toe was irritated and shortly after my toe was infected ..very un sanitary and I won’t go back.

The people are nice, but the nail job isn’t so great. They’re very rough and don’t do them how you want them. The shape was off and I was cut multiple times and it’s been 2 days since I got them done and they still burn. Don’t recommend at all you can definitely find somewhere better and it’s not worth it. I’ll add the picture I showed them and the first one is what I got. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
