I brought a homeowner's check here to cash it it was the fourth check he's written me I do work for him this time they took a half an hour to cash my check, but they cannot tell me why. And if you want to be treated rudely this is your bank.Nene has absolutely no manners at the counter.

Very unprofessional and careless to their clients. Last week I deposited two checks and paid a service at the same time. The teller girl was talking with her colleague regarding personal things while she was serving me, she was continually distracted about her personal reasons. Moreover, quite often you can see food on the other side of the desk which does not comply for a professional bank.
The day after my account had a serious issue as a big amount of money was lost in the system, it came back in the checking account the following day.
I cannot say if the teller made some mistakes or if it was a glitch in the system, but the client has to be served in the proper manner and not as had happened in that branch, and it was not the first time.

Unprofessional staff.
On Monday I went in to make a deposit. While standing in line, i heard one of the tellers loudly telling her coworker how mad she was about something that had occurred with a customer. Angrily, she continued to talk to her coworker while waiting on a gentleman at her window, “As soon as I get rid of these customers” she said she would tell her about what made her so mad. She continued venting to her coworker until I got to her window a few minutes later. It created an uncomfortable, unprofessional environment. I urge the Branch Manager to address their staff about professionalism in the workplace.

Every time I come to this location I wait at least 20 to 25 minutes. And with only one or 2 cars in front of me.

Unfortunately, I have to visit this branch regularly for my business clients. I will NEVER open an account with this bank and I will not recommend them to any of my clients. They are the slowest and completely understaffed. Something needs to be done. I’ve been in line for 25 minutes. Still not finished. I dread coming here!

I'm not the one to leave a bad review but damn understaffed, wasn't busy just open three people behind me one at the window. No one to help at the desk station. It's a bank. Completely unhappy with this. The lady behind the desk was helpful but flustered from being understaffed

Open an account with a big bank instead.10 days to deposit any check. Any time I need to use the bank's services its always a big deal. Don't go over lunch; it takes 20 mins to deposit a check from the drive-through, even though there's no one in the bank or in the drive through.Truist is easily the worst bank I've ever done business with, for sure.Changing to a bigger bank, I would suggest most people do the same.

So disappointed in the constant closing and reopening of this branch. I am finding it hard to believe that the entire banking system has shut down due to lack of one employee. Would seem that you should be able to find another body to transfer in to help keep the flow of business going. I know that your people say that you do not "Close Lightly", but it is frustrating for business owners who hold accounts and have only one branch close to do banking. One would think that with all the people looking for work that you could find someone if even to fill in temporarily. But, I guess when you cut all the employee to begin with, to save more money and cut your overhead, this is what happens when a disaster hits. Poor backup plan and it is the customers who suffer from it.
