The Boost Mobile agent (Veronica) was extremely helpful, professional, and patient. She answered all my questions clearly and made sure I understood everything. It’s rare to find customer service that makes you feel valued, but this agent definitely did👍good job

I went to the Boost Mobile on Palm Bay rd to switch service from ATT, the manager, I forget her name, she's lives in FT. Pierce, was fantastic, I was there over 4 hours ATT wound not release my # we went round and round, she finally got it changed. That poor girl, what she had to put up with, she has the patience of a saint! I highly recommend going there! I'm telling all my friends to go to boost on Palm Bay Road

Completely unprofessional, ordered 2 phones. They stopped shipment and held my 340 dollars for almost a month. They gave me back 270. But they denied me the 70 dollars activation fee for my phones I never received. I wouldn't go there unless you want them to take your money!

Elo’s energy and attentiveness in engaging each customer and acknowledging our presence while we waited for her undivided attention were remarkable.
Summer assisted and facilitated remotely, contributing to the seamless experience.
Their positive and supportive energy was palpable. It’s hard to find customer service-oriented employees who take ownership of a task and have a solution-oriented mindset—but they did both.
