So today I came to the store to pay my son cell phone bill. I was first greeted with a warm welcome by the staff Veronica. When I tell you my experience was so remarkable, customer service driven, fast paced and with a warm welcome greeting she made my day. Veronica energy was positive and I was able to sign up for Boots Mobile " sratch & Win Sweepstakes.Excellent customer Service by staff.

Went for an upgrade priced online at 106.99 shipped to door. When In the store employee quoted me over 240$ due to new activation SIM card “screen protector and case”. Told employee this is an upgrade and quoted her the listed price. Her reply was it’s not compatible. I Agreed but asked for the screen protector and case to be removed.she stated ”I can’t sell it without them”So if your looking to be forced into double the price and add ons you can’t remove then please shop here.

Walked in I explained I wanted to enroll into the 25 dollar plan and the older women wearing glasses and around 285 lbs. Said that was for new customers. Each time I tried to speak she would rudely talk over me I actually had to tell OK when I are going to let me speak I mean she was a real degenerative even when I walked she going uh huh a Real Low Life. Went to the boost mobile on Babcock a young man named John explained the process and how easy it was to get that plan. Save your time and to the one on Babcock because the one on Malabarall I can say is what an awful experience dealing with a low class human being

I don’t usually post Google reviews but I just had to. I came in with a phone problem when I updated my phone it kept rebooting itself and was stuck. Skylar helped me so kindly and taught me new things about my phone I didn’t even know. Also hooked me up with a screen protector since mine was cracked. My phone is now fixed and I will come back when I have a problem again. She is trying to get Google reviews up she said. Thank you for the best service and friendly conversation!
