I am so please with my Doctor Michael Reiff. He does his best to not make you feel rushed and truly seems concerned. He is friendly, thorough, and does his best to make sure you have what you need. I am grateful I found him!

It's kind of weird that the whole pharmacy has to take off for lunch. You would think that they would have 1 or two people go to lunch, so customers can still be helped. It goes to show they do not care about their customers. If they did, they wouldn't be closed for over an hour for lunch. I understand when they're understaffed, but this is not the case.

I really like Palm Bay ped office staff is so kind and helpful. The MA is always nice wait time is always nice. However to call and make appointment every time is a 40 minute task. There is no reason for that! Hire more people get real! So many people need work and we have to sit on hold this long to make a connection to someone. It’s faster to drive up to office to make one.

I got to my appointment today the receptionist told me to go to cubicle d . I went and sat but no one was there so the lady gets to her cubicle and says who sent you here and says and I say the receptionist and she says well im not ready I get up and sit front of her . Then not even 5 minutes later I hear the receptionist tell a couple to go to d .the lady doesn't tell them she is not ready they get up and and I hear the receptionist tell them to go to d she takes them so she ignored me 3 times at that point I don't want her to check me in I go to the receptionist and ask her can someone else check me in the lady in d didn't want to check me in she checked 2 others but the receptionist told me to go back to d I was like no and walked out.

I wouldn't waste your time with this practice or at least location. Staff is rude and doesnt call you back. I've pulled my kids out of ABA therapy 3 times to follow up with our referral for x rays and the doctors office still hasn't sent the order after asking 3 different times over a 2 week period. Im now looking for another pediatrician for my kids who do what they say they will be doing.
