Awesome service and systems. They worked around a home being built and did as much as they could while the process was going on to limit adding holes to the house which I hadn’t thought about. Asked what I wanted, made suggestions but did not try to up-sale. I would recommend to everyone!!

Rich and his crew were great. I called due to a smoke detector beeping.They checked it out and discovered not only was the back up battery very low but all the smoke detectors were way out of date. I was able to get an appt with them that same week.They purchased the detectors and installed them within days. They were prompt, courteous, and went out of their way to be sure I was satisfied.I would absolutely recommend BrightSide Alarm!

I am impressed with Rich and his team. They installed a home system and put in wires while construction was going on so it would minimize the holes and damage. Rich listened to what I wanted and made suggestions but never tried to up sale. I did some checking around and this company has the best value and superior equipment in my opinion. I would highly recommend.

We couldn't be more pleased with a company than we are with Brightside Alarm. Richard Jones came to our home and answered all of our questions. He was very polite and informative and was not a bit pushy.His employees arrived to do the install and both were professional and friendly. They worked diligently and completed the job just as promised. They were extremely neat and picked up any papers and even vacuumed up some dust in my family room where they drilled into a wall. They took the time to explain the system to us and showed a lot of patience with me and my lack of technical knowledge. Both Richard and his employees exceeded our expectations. The work was well done and on time, the price was fair, and they left us with a secure feeling in knowing our home is now better protected. We couldn't have asked for anything more from a company. Call Brightside Alarm for an exceptionally good security installation experience.

Gosh could not have asked for a quicker response. Storm knocked out our alarm system, so I called Brightside the next morning. I was told they could be here within the hour, and Richard did just that. He diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. Thankfully it was a quick fix. He also offered ideas for upgrading our system at a later date. Richard was efficient, prompt and professional. Would recommend him to anyone in need of alarm repairs. His card will go in our “keeper” file.
