They had no money. Pretty useless if you have no money in the teller machine for people to come in and get money if they need it from your bank

If I could give this branch less than one star I would. I went in to open a business account to deposit consulting checks. I was told they were understaffed and required an appointment. The soonest appointment was later in the week, and although it was urgent, I waited and came back. When I arrived, I was told that the banker was assisting another customer that did not have an appointment and was told I could sit and wait. SO LETS BE CLEAR... I didn't have an appointment and was told to make one and come back, and when I arrived was told to wait because they were assisting a customer that did not have an appointment. I WILL NEVER BANK WITH CHASE EVER AGAIN. That woman should be fired immediately.

Put me on hold to immediately hang up on me. Making an appointment online seems to have disappeared and now I have problems calling them. May be time to switch banks.

Reference: Deposit of Cashier's Check. Deposited Cashier's Check from major banking institution assuming within two (2) days of clearance. But, no ..the receipt for a substantial sum indicated 11 days of holding to include two weekends. I called the bank to which the Cashier's check was drawn as I am a customer there, too. I was told the Cashier's check was paid to Chase. Yet, I have to wait another week to see in my balance. Why is this? Because Chase is using my money..and making money by holding like the example noted. Lesson: Either have funds wired to your account or use a bank which clear Cashier's checks like most bank..usually two (2) business days.

The person answering the phone call about an appointment to discuss a possible loan/mortgage, desired to talk only in Spanish, not in English as it should be. What a shame that people come to our Country and want to continue living as in the one they left because they didn’t like to live there.

It's my first time using this bench, I've seen good and bad reviews here but I'll take a risk and see how it goes for me. The employees are well cared for and help you with what you need. My first impression was good.?

On Friday, hurricane Ian passed by us with minimal, if any, damage. The sun is shining and all other businesses are open, except the Bayside Chase. After a storm, I would think they would open immediately in the event their clients have an emergency.

It was great when it was Washington Mutual but when Chase bank took over I got ripped off by this bank I closed both my checking and savings and switched to Regions.
