I enjoy getting my nails done. The establishment is one of the cleanest and friendliest I have ever been too. They always treat me well, with respect and always fit me in quickly even if I don't have a scheduled appt.

First experience was the worst salon experience I have ever had. I have never walked into a nail salon and left without getting nails or feet done. I went in was asked to pick my color I chose and sat to wait patiently for my turn. One lady comes to see what color I picked and made a face because it was regular polish not gel I said I didn't find any gel that matched what I wanted. She Insisted gel was better and went to look herself. She finds a color and says see it's the same it was clearly not the same and I was told her I don't want that color. I was frustrated so decided to leave..... I walked out said I did not feel I should be arguing about the color I was paying for to be on my hands. She proceeded to follow me and laugh saying no no we can do it was like no I am good and she grabbed my arm!!!. I have many mental health issued including PTSD I very clearly and maybe a bit rudely told her to GTF off of me I don't like being touched. This place wants money I would have happily picked a gel color of it was the color I wanted. And to be followed and touched completely upset me. Will never go back.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE...Lousy job.
A lady was having a pedicure and, when I turn around to look at what everyone was looking at and, chatting about, the lady that was having her pedicure done was bleeding so bad there was blood everywhere. Since then I refuse to have a pedicure done anywhere

The owner is really nasty. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure resulted in two deep cuts on my heel, making it painful to walk and my gel manicure lasted 4 days before 3 nails broke and 2 other nails chipped. Considering I couldn’t work as a server for 2 shifts because of my heel, I didn’t do anything extreme to break my nails. Total waste of $65.

I have tried this place more than once, but this is the last time. I explained I just had back surgery so I haven't been able to do anything with my feet and said they needed alot of help. My feet were a mess when I left, even after telling her to take more of the dead skin off.

I went here on wed or Thursday Feb 28th 2024 and got a Mani Pedi, they not only charged me more than quoted on the phone ,but said after done it was extra for gel polish and said it last longer w gel. Well clearly in pic you can see my middle and ring finger are ALREADY coming off.
As far as the Pedi,I will have to say Timmy the tech did a wonderful job massaging my legs,feet,arms and hands. And whatever he used smelled wonderful. My only complaint is w the woman saying one price and then saying another and then she straight lied saying I don't say that. Well if she would speak clear ( which should be a law to speak clear English when speaking to American people) which I believe is an excuse to say they said something else.
So that's why I gave 3 stars instead in 5 is 1 the price changed to a much higher price ( I still have Timmy a $10 tip)
And the other reason 3 stars is my gel polish is already coming off. And I haven't cleaned or done anything that would of caused it to do that, only been going away out to eat and sitting at beach.
So make sure that whomever dies your service you make SURE to tell whomever is doing the service that you are only paying whatever amount was quoted by the person on the phone
