The day my phone broke I went and the sales help was awful!! Like it was a big burden for her. Went back the next day and spoke with manager ..she was wonderful!! Very knowledgeable and helpful..thanks to her I will go back!!

Sebastian is amazing!! He is so friendly and super helpful! I’m so happy there is a new management in that store! Moved from metro pcs and Sebastian made it super easy and answered all of our questions! Got 2 new lines and he got us an amazing deal on our phones! Super happy!

Had a great and professional experience here. They were able to get my info up quickly and setup my new phone and took the time to walk me through the charges which were fair and straight-forward. Eveline was very pleasant, patient, bubbly, and even funny while talking with me.

Very rude. Dishonest business practices. Tried to add a fourth line to my plan, which Cricket advertises at $10. Tried to charge me something like $50 to set it up, contrary to what's advertised.
When I objected, the guy said "take it or leave it." So I left it, and I then left Cricket entirely.

They scammed me yesterday. I went to buy a phone case and the box came with a case AND a screen protector in it. They charged me for 2 products instead of one product. $65 by the way. They probably scammed a lot of other people. I do not recommend this place at all. Do not go to cricket. Go to a different carrier for your safety. $athenajones2018 is my cash app if you want to help get my 65 back... Anyways, good luck customers!
