This was in-between 10:30 .am and 10:45 .am 10/24/2024 for management review. I gas up here almost everyday in the morning l live three blocks away. I drive a van for work and a motorcycle. Lately I've noticed that's some of the machines are denying use of my debit card.
Regardless, if it's my card or the machine, I took it upon myself to not only pay inside but notify one of the employees about the problem.. Upon payment at the register, I was being attended by one of the employees named Rebecca. After payment, I went on to explain to her my issue with the credit card machines at the pump.. while I was talking in mid explanation of my issue with the pumps she rudely and loudly interrupted with" have a nice day sir!.. i paused.. I went on to continue to explain my issue where she again interrupted me " have a nice day! I tried to speak a third time and again loudly " have a nice !!.. i went on to tell her that she's rude and what she was doing was inappropriate, an unprofessional, which she interrupted a fourth time with a " have a nice day!.. i left to go pump my gas and decided to return and nicely. Let her know. I was gonna put a bad review. she then in front of customers started to yell " ok, okay, have a nice day!! You can leave now!.. i told her I was going make the review and I did. I took a picture of her, and when I did so, she threatened to call the police and that I was no longer allowed to come into the gas station. I will no longer be gassing up here because I find it disrespectful, but at least for management. I leave this review that you may take it upon yourself to correct your employee.. " Have a nice day!

Amanda assistant manager brought out a hose so I could put in my reservoir due to heat smell in my vehicle.
She went beyond the norm and She is AWESOME!!!!

I'm so sorry that happened to you. There is new management at the Cumberland farms by wawa please come in an see if you have any problems reach out to management we take our jobs seriously.

"Crystal" I believe? Heavy set strawberry blonde mouthy young woman?
No one else in the store looked like her at 1:20pm 2/28.
I bought gas on pump #8, $60.
Went in for my complimentary coffee.
Concerned my phone wouldn't take the free coffee that has been a problem in the past, my concentration was on the Smartpay app on my iPhone clearing the transaction - which took a few seconds. Meanwhile, this mouthy obnoxious woman says "Have a good day" and I really didn't hear her the first time.
Then she shouts at me "HAVE A GOOD DAY SIR." What the hell? Who talks to a customer that way, shouting in the store to embarrass me or provoke me? I don't enter Cumberland Farms to get gas, snacks, a coffee, or use their facilities, and expect or am I prepared for someone to be rude and obnoxious. There wasn't any cause or should there ever be for a Cumberland Farms employee to talk ANYONE that way. Even if I didn't response. Does this woman understand that people in today's society are NOT walking around 100% together - and this is all it takes to push someone over the edge, take out all their life's frustrations on her - physically? This is not the job for her!
For my comfort level, I'm never going back into this store again, and I"ll simply go to Wawa instead. Even .10 cents more a gallon of gas, the experience matters more than finding myself face to face with this woman every again. Wawa treats customers with respect. I'm not used to this sort of behavior. I'm 61 years old.
If you're not up for combative employees who hate people and their job, take heed to avoid store #9780.

Great friendly staff always willing to help. I go here every time I need gas or lotto. Just in and out you do not always think about what it takes from staff it make it this easy and fast each visit.

Why do they feel they need to blast music at the pumps? Ridiculous. This is why I prefer to go to a real gas station

I had a free chocolate bar for my birthday and Powerade via SmartPay rewards. The clerk scanned my app, but then refused to give me my stuff because his manager has to approve it. I’ve redeemed this at many cumberlands. This one on Malabar Rd and Emerson in Palm Bay refused to. After scanning it. Awful, embarrassing experience.

Doors always locked at night when 1 particular guys works. I always wait to be let in and I'm usually stay waiting for 30 mins. And I give up and leave.
