We had the absolute pleasure of working with Daniela from Custom Creations for all Occasions as our day-of wedding coordinator, and we can confidently say she was one of the best decisions we made for our big day.
From the very beginning, Daniela went above and beyond. She attended a pre-wedding meeting with us and our venue, offering valuable insight and helping us make some important last-minute decisions. Her experience and calm demeanor immediately put us at ease.
On the wedding day itself, Daniela truly worked magic behind the scenes. She handled countless details that allowed us to stay fully present and enjoy our celebration with family and friends. She picked up our flowers, coordinated setup before guests arrived, managed the timeline and vendor coordination throughout the day, and ensured everything flowed seamlessly.
She even took care of thoughtful touches—like having our signature drinks ready and waiting for us right after the ceremony (a much-needed refreshment!), coordinating photo sessions, placing desserts out just in time for cake cutting, and making sure everything was packed up and taken down at the end of the night. There were so many little things she quietly handled without needing to be asked, and we were so grateful for her attention to detail.
We honestly don’t know how we would have pulled everything together without her. Daniela is incredibly organized, proactive, and kind—exactly the type of person you want by your side on such an important day. We highly recommend her to any couple looking for a dedicated and professional coordinator to ensure their wedding day runs flawlessly.

I truly believe my wedding day was so perfect because of Daniela <3 She was there every step of the way for any question or concern that came up. She had amazing suggestions from song choices to guest book ideas. I swear I didn’t have to think or do anything on my big day, she had everything handled! Hiring Daniella was the best decision me and my husband made while wedding planning! She was reassuring, patient, kind, and quite frankly a bad ass! I really don’t know what I would have done without her. I felt heard and supported throughout all the crazy wedding stress! Do yourself a favor and plan your big day with Daniella; you won’t regret it.

I highly recommend Daniela! My day would have absolutely fallen apart without her! She kept my entire party on their set time line, directed us where we needed to go, and was calm, cool, and collective all day! She did an AMAZING job planning, coordinating, and making sure my day was one to remember! From the time we signed the contract, to even now; when problems arise, even after the day, Daniela is there to help solve them! I booked her way in advance and as I'm trying to plan everything ahead of time, she replied to all my emails,
texts and phone calls worrying about things that I didn't need to worry about for another 8 months. She worked with me and let me show her my vision. I was nervous and it was hard to let go of the control. She was no non sense with everything. She had everyone listening to her during rehearsal and sent me the itinerary. She made any changes right away. Fast forward day of wedding, and I'm trying to control things, of course, she told me I GOT THIS!! She said it with so much heart and conviction, and she really did. I didn't worry about anything after that. It felt so good. As I saw her putting things out and she got the tables together it was more than I could have ever asked for. She took my ideas and ran with it. She went above and beyond and my wedding was amazing. I could not have asked for anything more because of what she did for us. She made my dream wedding come true.

It’s hard to know where to start this review, taking into consideration all Daniela did for us. She answered every dumb question, she handled every situation that arose, and she conducted our wedding with the professionalism you can only dream of. My husband said that his favorite thing about Daniela is how no-nonsense she is, while still being approachable- I think he summed it up perfectly. Daniela has a very can-do, ‘I got it handled’ attitude, while simultaneously being kind and welcoming.
She created our timeline and sent it to me for review prior to distributing copies to our vendors and bridal party, made notes and changes per my requests, and handled all further communication and questions from vendors about it. She took on stress that didn’t need to be transferred to me, and was taking phone calls from the bridal party while running around setting up the 1000 details I had put together ?
I have zero complaints about any of our vendors, and we know that’s largely due to Daniela’s help and coordination. We just loved working with her and can’t thank her enough for making our day as perfect as it was.

I honestly don’t know how I could have made it through the last month of planning and the wedding day without Daniela! At our initial meeting I told her I didn’t want to be asked a million questions or bothered on our wedding day and she made sure that didn’t happen. It was such a smooth and beautiful day. Daniela is so personable, funny, and was so easy to work with. Our wedding was in January and who would’ve ever thought it’d be stormy and humid?? Well it happened to us and our ceremony was supposed to be outdoors. She made it so easy for us to decide to move it indoors and still managed to make it seem like it was planned to be that way the whole time! Our timeline during the reception moved a little quicker than we had planned and she was right there to make sure it all moved smoothly. I can’t thank her enough for all of her help and all the details and little things she helped take care of through out our planning process and wedding day! I would 100/100 recommend her if you’re looking for a wedding coordinator!

Daniela is very awesome to work with! My wife and I decided to hire her as she is the preferred Day of Coordinator of Dragonfly Farms. She is very friendly, outgoing, and has sarcastic humor. A few things to note, we think Daniela was a little too relaxed with the timeline. Our ceremony started at 2 pm and she stated the guys do did not have to arrive until 11:30 am - 12 pm and we would have enough time. It was a good thing, I arrived at 11 am, otherwise I would have run out of time, it was down to the wire getting ready. Also, we believe it was a combination of the make-up/hair artist, but they started getting my wife ready way too late, and tried to skip our first touch picture. The only reason we have that picture, is because I spoke up and it was important to us. We did not even have time to decide where to have the picture taken, we were just slid against the dressing room door at the last minute. It felt like a ton of rushing, like we were running behind, just to have plenty of leftover time at the evening for dancing we could have cut down on to instead have more time getting ready. It was also communicated that Daniela would let the officiant know to move out of the way for our "I do" and kiss picture, and we are not sure she let him know. Overall, Daniela was kind, aims to make your dream wedding happen, and fantastic to work with. We do recommend hiring her, but just make sure when planning you have more then enough time on the timeline.

Best wedding planner in town. My friend used her for her big day and it was the most beautiful wedding I ever attended. She was attentive of everything that was going on and communicated with all of the vendors. The bride told me she made her special day an absolute dream come true!

This is the first chance I have had to review since my son's wedding in November, but I can't say enough about Daniela. She is attentive, professional, organized and compassionate. I was dealing with so much personally and a little overwhelmed trying to give my son and his fiancee an incredible wedding on a budget. Daniela was so patient with me and didn't try to make me spend more than we had in budget. I was a little crazy at times. She became a calming voice at a time I truly needed it. The wedding was incredible and she was there for us in every way. You will not find a better person to go help coordinate an event and elevate the stress. I would give her 10 stars if that was an option!

Daniela is simply the best there is! She recently helped us with our wedding/reception and honestly we just showed up and everything was done like magic! I dont know how she does it! Everything she did was perfect! I never once had to question anything, I knew she had it taken care of. I would've been lost without her, seriously! She has a heart of gold!! We appreciate her SO much!! Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts!!

I HIGHLY recommend Daniela for all your planning needs. I honestly do not know how we would have gotten through our wedding without her. I hired Daniela the month before our wedding at my husband's request. I was in the mindset that we did not need a coordinator, but I was not going to start that argument with my husband at the time. Our first meeting with her was absolutely incredible, we were able to hash out the details I had been working months on in our hour meeting. Leading up to the event, we had a few hiccups with a vendor and Daniela was able to correct the mistakes, and provide incredible advice to rectify the situation. Not only did she work with all our vendors, she ensured that we had no stress on our special day. I will only work with Daniela for any future needs with event planning/coordinating. My husband was right, hiring Daniela was the best decision we made for our wedding. I cannot thank her enough for all her help, support, and guidance she provided us.
