Why do they even have a phone if they never answer it???? I called twice and stayed on hold for over 20 min each time and no one ever got on the line.

Normally the staff are pretty good in the past until yesterday I went about 9 am to get my flu shot and I take it I spoke to the pharmacist himself apparently he woke up on the wrong side of the bed! So I went to CVS in Target and that was a breath of fresh air.

I've had a important medication I'm completely out of in processing for 2 days now, I'm on hold now for over 10 minutes and they refuse to answer their phone. This is not okay.

The CVS on Emerson in Palmbay is the worst. My doctor sent in two prescriptions on Wednesday on Friday I still saw on their CVS app that one of the prescriptions wasn't filled it was in process. I called and I spent an hour on hold until I finally found someone in the pharmacy who told me it would be filled within the next hour, I said I'll be in on Saturday. I went in on Saturday and prescription was not ready and was to come back in an hour. I was upset and said Jesus Christ and I was banned from the Pharmacy.

I would give this CVS zero stars if I could. The Pharmacy is the slowest I've ever encountered both inside and outside. The Pharrmacy Techs don't seem to be the sharpest individuals and take no pride in their jobs whatsoever. The store appearance is old antiquated and funky. It needs to be updated to look as nice as the CVS in Viera.

the cashier at this location was very rude and snappy. told me and a fellow customer to "just use the self checkout". as far as i'm concerned, her job as a cashier is to cash out. i speak from experience since i am a fellow cashier as well. it's time to step it up cvs.... lost a loyal customer

Terrible customer service. Overworked staff. Takes 20 to pick up the phone at the pharmacy. Takes 2 second to hang up. Just go to walgreens.

If I could I would give them zero stars. They cancelled my COVID 19 test 5 minutes before my appointment. The guy said he couldnt help me find another location but would cancel my appointment. I was in my car scrambling to find another testing site. When I did I had trouble because he didn't cancel my test. I had to cancel it and lost my preferred testing time. I am LIVID.

Dr sent my script here, I called to give my insurance info and said I would show my card when I arrive to pickup. The guy that answered (think his name was Charles) wouldn’t take my info and said I needed to come inside with the card because they may need to call the insurance. I told him I could give him all this info and show the card once I arrived; again NO. They lack customer service!

The store at 399 Emerson Dr, Palm Bay Fl. is terrible. It used to be my go to pharmacy but now if you switch between other CVS stores they will not fill your scripts as needed. My daughter had surgery today and they refused to fill her pain meds. First guy told me they had a truck stolen and then when I called the girl, I spoke to, said \\\"They have to many elderly patients and they are out.\\\" I call BS. They asked me if this would be my permanent store before they refused to fill it. Now I have to either drive across town with my daughter in pain or leave her alone...Thank you CVS!!!
