I called tonight just before closing and was greeted by a rude opinionated man on the other end. He hung up just minutes before closing knowing ai would only get through to the pharmacy closed message. It’s cool because I know all of the staff and will find out his name in the morning. I do not need to be questioned on why my Doctor write my prescription they way they do. They have been doing this the same way for years. CVS is usually pretty good about doing their job pleasantly but every so often I run into the ones that think they know it all. You thought you were slick but will report you to corporate and start an investigation on you and your opinions Sir. Yet another one thinking they know best. My doctors have treated me for years, your discrimination against me and my condition is noted.

The worst Cvs in the world they got a guy working named Daniel or, maybe Dane who don’t know what he’s doing. Super slow sat in line for over 30 minutes. Horrible location.

Patti, best, friendliest and most efficient cashier ever! She was very patient in aiding me in an exchange and refund. But in the middle of the transaction, Manager Longel, took her place in helping me, as it was Patti's time to leave, and Longel was also friendly, helpful and honest. This is my go-to CVS from now on. What a difference in stores! Lucille H.

My wife had a prescription at the CVS pharmacy on Malabar road they didn't have so I called this one and was told they had it, but they couldn't accept the on line prescription it had to come from the doctor. Why have a network?

Why do they even have a phone if they never answer it???? I called twice and stayed on hold for over 20 min each time and no one ever got on the line.

Amina is a fantastic and wonderful human being. No matter how busy she is, she is always helpful, friendly, and I always have a smile on my face when I leave the store. I’ll be a CVS customer as long as people like Amina are being put in positions to succeed at the company.

If you have ever had to fill a prescription at this location, you understand the 1 star rating. Go to another location or better yet, support a family owned/local pharmacy if your insurance hasn’t sold its soul to CVS like mine has.

Was next and only car in drive through at 1:30. I had been in line ten minutes and as I pull up the middle aged woman with short hair puts a closed sign in the window and shrugs her shoulders. I wonder if the management can’t figure out why they have a review rating of 2.4!It’s called customer service, and you’re lacking significantly.

I always had fast service in the pharmacy, but the latest guy was awful. He said my prescription wasn't there twice, but it was there in another basket.. No apology and just hung up on me. What??? Not ok. So rude. I had to unnecessarily go back and forth with the doctor. So aggrivating.

I've been a customer of this CVS for over 30 years. They used to be better. Of late they 1) Are out of supplies 2) Very slow 3) unmotivated. Staff are always helpful and courteous, don't get me wrong. But tonight, for example, we stopped to check on a prescription that was called in this morning. They hadn't yet filled it. It was 30 minutes prior to closing (7:30 pm). We were told, "There isn't time to fill this - come back tomorrow morning". At 7:45 pm I got a text that said it had been filled. Really?! I was home by then... SIGH.

Today I came to this pharmacy to pick up medicine for my mom, a young woman pharmacy technician was attending, I was the next customer to help me and she brazenly called another customer who was behind the line and attended him first, when she ended up attending the another person she just walked away and left me waiting in line, I was waiting for several minutes and she didn't come back. This young woman discriminated against me, if she doesn't like to help all clients regardless of their social or economic status, she better look for another job, if any manager reads this review, they can check the security cameras
