I have had to come to this location seven different times and still unsuccessful including having everything I need for driver's license I come at 11:00 in the morning and they told me they're done taking licenses for the day after waiting, again being my seventh time is still unsuccessful. These are the most unhelpful laziest miserable kind of people to deal with. I have been here more than seven times and every single time I have been here has been a terrible horrible experience making me never want to go to another DMV again. Anyone looking to come here good luck with the most unhelpful group of people hope you get somewhere. Kindly derrick rowe

Today I had my DL exam appointment (both written and practical) and Sherrylin was my examinator. She was easily the nicest and friendliest DMV officer both my husband and I have ever met. She took all the stress out of the situation and made it so enjoyable. Absolutely fantastic service provided. 5 stars ?

The good thing is that they offer online appointments scheduling which makes visiting this place really easy. You can do walk ins, but be prepared for long lines and wait times. What I didn’t like is that the necessary information is not completely found on the DMV website, which caused me to go home for missing documents. For instance make sure that you bring the bill of sale when registering a new car in the state. It is best to call ahead to find out what documents you need before heading to these offices. Staff is professional and mostly friendly.

My son took his road test this morning and had the pleasure of meeting and being evaluated by a really nice fella and USMC Veteran. Very friendly and professional gentleman! ? He took the time to debrief both the positive and negative assessments of my son's performance. He passed and is so very happy to have obtained his Florida driver's license!

Maritza who is working on window 1 was very rude and unprofessional, it was 1 pm when I walked in and you see she didn’t want to be bothered, I don’t usually go to the dmv but unfortunately I had to, this is not good customer service she turned away 4 customers whom was waiting in line she was the only teller still should’ve not been this way this sucks we are all working people god bless America ?? ?

Absolutely the worst DMV I’ve ever been to. I’m home from deployment and had an appointment at 9 AM to renew my driver’s license. I missed my appointment due to alarms and reminders not going off. I come in as a walk-in and already notice the lack of common sense going on. They have two lanes open, one for walk-ins and one for appointments. The walk-in line is backed up due to a customer undergoing a lengthy process at the window. Whole time we are wondering, is it not possible for them to bring another associate out to open a third lane to keep the walk-in line moving??? Eventually the folks in the walk-in line start getting seen by the appointment line. I and others, wasted over 30 minutes in line to just be told they can’t see walk-ins for any appointments today. The anger is indescribable. Just announce that to the people in line so you’re not wasting their time. This place is such a joke and I’ll now have an expired license come October. I’ve tried to renew online but because I requested a replacement license to be sent to where I’m stationed in the past 2 years. The DMV stated my renewal had to be done in person. I am so angry at the lack of help provided by Florida DMV.

Highly recommend you choose any dmv office in the country but this one. Most of the staff is always rude and extra slow. You will waste more time at this location and still not get anything accomplished. Highly recommend the Melbourne location.

Such rude and impatient people helping. I'd rather not deal with them but I have no choice. They also treat others as dummies, not realizing that we cannot know everything that they know since it's not our job.
