Had a very rude interaction tonight at checkout around 9:12pm with the lady there. We got a couple gallons of milk and we told her before she scanned the first one that it’ll be paid separately from our other items. She then proceeded to scan said milk and then scanned again for the second one and made the remark “oops already scanned them” after we said they will be different payments. And the tone from her saying that was along the lines of “too bad so sad” never seen some blatant ignorance like that before.

I love this store , it’s the customer service for me . Lamar the cashier is the best . He was able to assist within the self check out and the cashier line at the same time by himself very impressive. Lamar has a positive attitude all smiles and up beat energy. I gave this store a negative review when it first opened and I’ve since deleted that review based on Lamars customer service. Thanks for hiring such an awesome individual.

I freakin love DG, tehy are a mini Wal-Mart without the headaches, have most of what I need for quick shopping trip between major shopping runs... and they're everywhere, conveniently in our neighborhoods... love their business concept

This Dollar General, compared to other Dollar Generals around the country I've been to, has thee best customer service by far!! I went in around the holidays and despite being packed and busy...Tina came to the register, was super happy and helpful, and even helped me save a couple bucks!! She and the other workers positive attitudes and customer srrvice skills is why my family and I will definitely keep coming back to this particular store!!

We live in St Cloud and love coming to this Dollar General when visiting family. I didn't catch the managers name but he was very nice and his CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TOP NOTCH!! Seriously thinking of of driving the hour to come to this DG

Didn't get a name but the short and curvy mixed race girl with light color hair and freckles is VERY RUDE!! Actually raised her voice at me when I asked for assistance at the register. Nasty nasty girl!

The store is nice , but the customer service was unpleasant . The self check out only accepts card and of course the attendant has a register that accepts cash /card, but instead of offer me the option to pay with cash which I clearly asked about , she walked away and assisted another customer that she was familiar with and headed right back to the office area . This type of customer service leads customers to believe the store only accepts cards. And of course while existing the store I witness other customer standing at register waiting for some sort of assistance. Nice store poor service.
