My husband tried to order from here for our anniversary and scheduled THREE deliveries that did not arrive. Each claimed the item was delivered when it wasn't even attempted. I was home each day and we have cameras so I would've seen if someone tried to drop something off. These people are either idiots or scam artists and I don't understand how this place is allowed to remain in business.

They accepted my order with confirmation, took my money and when arrived to pick it up sign says closed Sundays. You can't contact any live person at store any given day. Gracious enough to refund my money but no explanation. No apology. No contact from them at all. Don't try customer service. They assured me it would be ready as I stood in front of the empty building. Update 5 months later and Google says they are open yet you can't place an order. After corporate promised it was being taken care of.

WARNING!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROMTHIS PLACE!!I ordered online and it gave me the option of same day delivery. The order never came. You cannot reach the store when calling! They outsource their customer service! The rep told me the order would be there on Wed. But if I want to walk into the store and pick up before then I could. He put in a case and said the manager would call me to confirm order pick up in person. That never happened! I drove to the store as I am about 20 min from there, though Google says the store is open it was locked up. It was only 10:30AM on a Tuesday and hours on door said it should be open but it was not. Counter, freezer/fridge you can see from the door, we’re completely empty as if the store was shut down. I called customer service again, and they said they called the store and no one was answering. They put in a case for a refund and said it may take 2-3 weeks for refund. Really??!I drove by the store again today, it’s Thursday, at 4pm and store hours again state they should be open and it is completely shut down again today!Very frustrating! Terrible service!! They’re quick to take your money and not deliver the service!Next stop is the news because it’s clear something odd is happening here! If I could give a “Zero star review” I would!!

Zero stars. I can't believe the lack of accountability this BRAND takes for its Franchisees. The Number that is given in the response here takes you right back to the Call center that literally can do nothing except call the store, and the CIRCLE BACK begins again. This is unacceptable, this company took my money, provided no service, and worst of all the order was for my Parents 40th Wedding Anniversary. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I have ordered from this location twice the first time about a year ago I was at least able to speak to someone to cancel my order. Now no one seems to pick up the phone anymore. The deliveries are never on time.

Placed an order as a gift for someone . Got a call about an hour later leaving a voicemail saying that they don't have a container or something to make the order... No mention of a refund or replacement, just instruction to call back at "this number" called the local store number listed. That apparently goes straight to the corporate office, left me on hold for 45 minutes just to open a "case" for my order. If you can't make an order... Just give me the refund. This location has terrible reviews and I wish I would have noticed that sooner. Maybe time for corporate to hold the franchisee accountable...

How did this location survive the pandemic with such horrible customer service??? I placed an order on April 30th for delivery on May 4th. It never arrived. The status tracker says to wait 7-8 hours for the order status to update but it never changed. On May 5th, I tried calling the store 4 times and then corporate twice before someone finally answered. The corporate rep said even he couldn't get the store to answer their phone. He entered a complaint and told me the store manager from this Palm Bay location would call me in 24 hours about my order. I never received a call or any follow-up contact whatsoever. The order was delivered randomly late in the afternoon on May 6th with no apologies. I wish I saw these reviews before ordering on their website. Never again!

I live in Texas and Ordered a Birthday edible arrangement to be delivered on 10/25. It was not delivered......tried to contact the store and got corporate number all the times I called.Today my daughter who lives in Florida went by the store and there was a sign on the door saying the store was closed. There was a contact #, but when we called no one answered and the mailbox was not set up.Corporate and Customer service said they did not get notice the store was closed and the stores usually let them know if the store would be closed. The store owners never emailed that my order would not be filled or delivered.Not sure what is going on but they ruined my Birthday surprise for one member of my family.No emails sent to me regarding my order placed. I would give them no stars, but it will not let me post unless I give them at least one star.

Horrible experience!! Do NOT order from this location. I wish I had read earlier reviews prior to ordering from here. I was visiting from out of state and wanted to send an edible arrangement to my son and his family so I chose this location because it is literally down the street from their house. I chose next day delivery (not even same day!!) and it’s been 3 days without any contact, delivery or updates. When I go online to track my order it only shows that the store has received it. The local store doesn’t answer its phone so all calls go to a customer service center and they have no information either. They sent a message to the store asking for delivery the next day and still nothing!! I will be canceling my order and disputing the charge on my account!! How do they expect to stay in business with out processing orders and without any type of customer service!!!

Do not order from this company. There is no customer service and it will take a week and 3 phone calls to get your refund.I did reach out to customer service and they couldn't reach either store in the area on a Monday afternoon and their only option was a refund. This was 3 days after I placed my order with no delivery or information about the delivery not being processed.Corporations need to hold their franchisees more accountable or the entire company gets q bad reputation

This store deserved a 0 star. I ordered a Birthday Fruit and Dessert platter that cost over $100 to be picked up today at 1 PM and the store is CLOSED!! There are multiple FedEx tags on the door so the store has been closed for a while now!!!! This is unacceptable!! This is the WORST place to purchase from. DO NOT waste your time getting anything from this place!!!!! I spoke with Karen in customer service and she tried to help. I’m still waiting on a manager to call me back. I will NEVER EVER order anything from this place again!!!! I need my money back!!!

0 stars!!! Had to give one star because that is the default. Placed an online order at 8:45am for same day delivery. No delivery, no one contacted me, my credit card was charged, no response from anyone at local store. Phone rings into corporate. Corporate tried to contact the store 4 times by call and email (over two days). No response. This was a sympathy gift for family. Wanted to brighten their day, but instead they got nothing and I got the run around. TERRIBLE!!! And I never write reviews - this is how disappointed I am!!!

They did not deliver the arrangement I ordered for my Mother's 89th birthday and then charged me for it. When I contacted the customer service line I was told there was nothing they could do but told me to keep trying to contact the store. I called for three days and no one answered the phone. I have used Edibke Arrangements for over 30 years but I will not use them again.So SHABBY!

I placed an order on the 12th to be delivered same day and it still has not arrived. No call, no email, no nothing. The money was taken out of my account and I have received no product. I emailed customer service with zero response. I’d love to go to the store myself but I’m deployed. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering from this place. Not sure how they’re not shut down at this point.
