My fiance and I recently moved to palm bay in the process of moving our things into the unit we dropped one of our car keys, Soon after leaving we received a call from Ronda informing us they had found the keys.
George and Ronda were both at the front diligently working and were very friendly and helpful with the situation. 5/5 service and hospitality

I went to their facility on Malabar Rd. In Palm Bay to arrange some short term storage space while we stage our home to be put on the market. I can't say enough how helpful George was with the different options. Moving is stressful enough, with George's help we have one less thing to deal with.Thanks for your help George.

So the Staff is what makes a business.
Between the store manager, who ran through the rain to ensure we received a full tour of the the property and units, and George, who piloted us through the process and ensured we get the best rates. Made my life easy.

Customer service with Rhonda was absolutely amazing ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ . The 3 ⭐️ is for not being able to use the light bulb ? socket in the storage unit knowing it was open until 10pm. It would’ve been very helpful and the rodents destroyed my mattress’s and fabric bed frames from their urination and feces and their teeth. Everything else could was salvageable thankfully.
