I set everything up online. I went to the office with my ID but the unit was already set up for me. I didn't even really need to go in there. It's a really nice storage unit. What I like the best about the whole place is how big the driveways are in between the units. Cars don't have to squeeze in between each other and trucks fit perfectly. I also like the security at the gate. It makes me feel very confident. I only got a small storage unit, but now I'm thinking of moving the rest of my stuff into a larger unit. It's a little far away from me, but it's definitely worth it.

The facility on Malabar Rd is neat and clean, my unit is as well. However, the staff deserves 20 stars. They are so friendly and helpful. I’m very glad I chose Extra Space Storage in Palm Bay!

Very easy to make reservations online. Received a prompt response and was walked through the rest of the rental process. I’m very bad with names, so I don’t remember the lady that helped me but she was phenomenal. Answered all my questions and made sure I understood how to get into the gate to store my belongings.. awesome customer service!

When my husband and myself went to inquire about renting a storage unit.. Ronda was so polite, pleasant, and warm hearted.. That she seemed like we were old Friends by the time we left..
