Five stars all around. They took replaced the two front tires on my camper, even though it is way too big to put on the lift at the shop.
They also did this very quickly, and I was in and out of there in less than two hours
They also gave me a great veteran discount and accepted my invoice from the VA to buy the tires direct.
Great work all around and this is actually the second set of tires that they have helped me with

My wife and I were going on a trip. We were having a problem with our car's coolant system so we had some work done at our local Firestone to correct the problem.
We left on our trip and we actually were almost to the hotel that we were staying at when our car starting over-heating again. We were over 500 miles from home and did not know what we were going to do.... We decided to see if there was a Firestone in the area and fortunately there was one about 2 miles from our hotel.
We drove to the Firestone and explained what was going on. It was closing time and they told us that if were would bring the car back the next day they would see what they could find out....I had the car at their shop when they opened and left it with them. They told me they would check it out and let me know.. They called us and told us what was wrong and they would have it fixed later that day. They called and we went to pick the car up and were actually very surprised when they told us there was no charge.... The entire staff at this Firestone was AWESOME!! I wish I could give them a raise because they deserve it.

Firestone has always provided great service for my trucks, and during my last visit to purchase 4 new tires, I did experience sticker shock. Hopefully our new POTUS & his admin. can reduce our nations overall costs of products & services.

I spent 4,000 on my 2 Buick Lucerne to stop the oil leaks ,

The service i needed done was very competitive in pricing. I was able to get an appointment right away. The service salesperson were very professional and courteous and explained in detail all the work performed. I've been coming here for a couple of years now for maintenance on my vehicle and never have a problem. Thank you Firestone !

The repairs took 3hrs longer and cost $400 more than expected So, for an oil change and rear brakes with replacing the rear brake cylinders I spent $700.

Friendly, respectful, no small print. You get what you ask with a full review and no pressure for services. On this day I walked in for a tire rotation and received a full inspection with suggested service. I appreciate the kindness and service received. After my first experience I would suggest anyone looking for friendly quality service consider stopping in here. I certainly will.

Went in because I had a drill bit in my tire it was big you couldn't miss it..they missed it, starting going over the engine and other parts of the car. That isn't why I was there! They want to oversell you thats why they did it. when they told me they couldn't find anything in the tire I pointed it out to them at this point I was there for 30 minutes waiting for a patch. I told Shane the manager I don't have time for his dog and pony show he said " he was trying to help me out but he would take my vehicle down and I could leave. I told him to take it down .I called them incompetent. The manager Shane flipped me off in the parking lot. No lie, he's a incompetent manager and unprofessional take your business somewhere else they WILL try to over sell you and act like the customer is " Lucky" to be there. Firestone on palm Bay Rd -00 stars. Check the security camera in the parking lot it will show the "manager" Shane flipped me the bird for the world to see. He should not have anything to do with customer service,very arrogant. Tell everyone
