Worst place, run away!
We brought a Kia and just two days of having it and going to get gas the engine light came on. Took it back to them they said that it’s because I got gas and the gas door was not closed properly. Lies! I took it to the dealer just fine more and more problems. One problem after the next. Cost over 2000$ already not only that it’s hard to get rid of the car now. I just keep spending money to fix one problem after the other. Please whatever you folks do before buying a vehicle from them please read the reviews. They are bad people.

I recently bought a used Subaru from Gator Auto. The real MVP of the whole experience was Brandon — professional, patient, and genuinely knowledgeable. If I could rate him separately, he’d get a solid 5 stars without hesitation.
Now… management? That’s another story. Let’s just say my business partner and I got a good look at how not to run a dealership. The unprofessionalism from the higher-ups was hard to ignore — and honestly, they should be thanking Brandon for holding the place together.
Bottom line:
⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Gator Auto.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Brandon, the only reason I drove off the lot smiling.

What an experience with these people. I bought an suv 3 weeks ago. 2020 Ford Explorer was told it was a good car. Drove it the tire pressure monitor fault came on. Mentioned it to the seller he said it will go away once you put air in the tire ok. Took ot to the mechanic he said I need new brakes they are bad also I need back sensors. Told them about it they try to give me a hard time said they will fix the brakes but not the sensors. Found out also there was a leak in the axle told them about it said nothing they can do the car is mine. This just made me furious I haven't have the car for 4 weeks and already I have put almost $1000 into it. Please whatever you folks do before buying a vehicle from them please read the reviews. They are bad.

I am an active duty Air Force member who has just returned home after seven years overseas. Wanting to avoid unnecessary stress when I arrived, my father traveled from Orlando to purchase a vehicle for me in cash from this dealership so it would be ready upon my return. What should have been a smooth process quickly turned into one of the worst experiences imaginable.
Almost immediately, the problems began. The transmission showed signs of failure, the AC system required repair, and days later the check engine light turned on, revealing even more costly issues. These are not minor oversights, these are major, expensive problems that clearly should have been disclosed before selling the car.
When we attempted to contact the dealership with our concerns, we were met with indifference and avoidance. Calls went unanswered. In-person visits were brushed off. Once they had the money, any sense of responsibility or customer service disappeared completely
.
This dealership cannot be trusted under any circumstances. They knowingly push unreliable vehicles onto unsuspecting customers, refuse to stand by their sales, and display no integrity in how they do business. Do not make the mistake of purchasing from here. Save yourself the financial and emotional stress and take your business to a dealer that values honesty and accountability.

Bought a used Ford Transit from the Palm Bay location on July 15, 2025. I drove it home to Fort Pierce, on Thursday when I went to drive it, the brake light , battery light and tire light were all on.
On Friday AM I brought the van to Advance Auto where I purchased brake fluid and put in half the bottle to fill the holding tank. I drove a bit and the light went off, about a half hour later light came back on, stopped, put rest of brake fluid in and continued on. It wasn’t but 5 minutes when the brake light came back on…..now knowing that there has to be a leak I drove to my mechanic.
So the van had a broken brake line front right and back left, also needed a caliper on the left rear.
The serpentine belt and A/C compressor belts both needed to be replaced as well.
The Alternator was also bad.
So after my van was in the shop from Friday untilTuesday afternoon and costing me $1,123.41 to now a a vehicle in which I can drive without fear of killing myself or others if the brakes had actually failed me while driving.
I reached out to the salesman and have gotten no responses.
I am very disappointed in the lack of caring and unprofessionalism in this dealership.
Take my money and run.
I am asking that they own up to the fact that this vehicle had issues and they sold it to me anyway,.
I can see if I drove it a month or 2, but literally drove it 2 times before issues.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE , they do not have there priorities in order , deals are not sealed when you drive off the lot , and there employees do not know what they are talking about .

Go see Brandon!!! Honest and friendly my purchase was the quickest process to get me out of the dealership.Any questions I had about buying my truck was answered and he made sure I was 100% before we completed our business. I would recommend them to friends and family anytime. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future if I ever need to get another vehicle. Again thank you Brandon for your service and help buying my truck.

The manager Will is so nice until you buy the car! He will block your phone number and refuse to talk to you. Great customer service. BTW… the car is now leaking transmission fluid and I’ve taken it to a repair shop. I haven’t even had this car a week . Will the manager told me what a great car I was buying. He stood there and lied to my face! I’m kicking myself right now $4600 down the drain before the repairs.

I’m writing this review because of the treatment I received at this used car dealership. It’s a lengthy story to go into but the tire sensor was showing on the car before I left the lot. I was told it was gonna be fixed. The tires just needed air so the gentleman took it back, put air in the tires and as I was getting ready to leave before the deal was signed I told him that the light was still on. he said no problem, just drive it down the road and it’ll go off , well 20 miles later and it hasn’t gone off. Now I know it’s not a big deal, but I called to discuss it with the manager Will. He basically said I had to take it and fix it by myself and when I told him wait a minute, it was like this before I left and before I signed the final paperwork his response was “too bad”. I believed him that was my first mistake. Long story short when I called today Will hung up on me because I told him I was going to write a bad review. He told me he has five kids to feed and he only made $100 on the deal and he was trying to do me a favor and then he proceeded to block my number. I called the main number to try and speak with someone and I was immediately disconnected. I would not go back to this dealer and I definitely wouldn’t deal with Will he went from being a super nice guy to being a total jerk instead of trying to rectify the situation he chose other options. Again, I know this isn’t a big issue and I’m sure the car is probably a good car, but that’s not the way you treat your customers! What a piece of work Will is! BTW…. check out yelp and the Better Business Bureau this company has been reported multiple times with bad reviews also stating that when they called, they were hung up on by the manager! Wow! I wish I would’ve done more checking buyer beware! Update: car is a problem already..AC not working and leaking oil! Thank you, gator for telling me what an awesome car this was,!

Yelp bad review
Ended up buying a truck from gator that I did not want at first. They initially said the loan couldn’t go through as they stuck me in a Dodge ram that was $3000 more than the initial vehicle I drive and really did want.
I’ve had five problems with it within the first month to include the air suspension that I complained about after 2 weeks of purchasing the vehicle. as you might imagine this repair cost is $6,300. The air suspension is not something that goes out right away I believe that they knew that when I bought it. when I initially called to inform them of this issue, I was told that they would take care of me until I brought it in and this was not the case.
I can’t believe that they later said sorry can’t help you, You already paid for the vehicle. I don’t suggest anyone purchased a vehicle from them and if you do you better expect there might be underlying conditions or issues with the vehicle so be ready to come out of pocket.
