Where do I even begin. I wanted to buy a protein powder but Emily continuously gave me bad attitude. I have never experienced her level of sarcasm and rudeness in my entire life. This chick would always make unnecessary rude comments and roll her eyes at me Everytime I would ask a simple question. Then when I decided to check out my items she then asked me if I’m in a relationship and said I had cute little body. What is wrong with this woman. What is wrong with this generation and what it wrong with this store l. I will never ever come back here.

2nd rime in a couple of weeks tried to get some items I am out of. Both times store was closed with a note back in 10 minutes. Today I waited to see who was working. Imagine my supprise that there were 2 people working that came back to the store. Shouldn't one have stayed and kept the store open? I will be looking for my supplements somewhere else from now on.

Came in to purchase Alani Nu energy drinks which were buy one get one 50% off. I was not able to get the discount because it was not ringing up in the system. I mentioned there is a sign in the front of the store with the deal, which the clerk explained that it was only for the supplements/powders. I came to the store a few days ago and got the discount. The sign in the front of the store depicts someone drinking an energy drink. The clerk was not willing to investigate and assist, even after explaining the sign out front states the discount. I was in a rush and it was slow to check out so unfortunately couldn't hash this out. Beware the deals and sales this store offers: you might walk out paying full price.

0 star. Rude customer service. Just not friendly and overall gave off a bad vibe. What an intense anxious experience. She want to get me out real quick and don't even give me time to look. Also, I asked her to repeat what she said and she look at me straight in the eyes like I am not gonna repeat that! And the price tag and the product is not even line up. I end up paying more than my budget just to get out of there. She say something about 10% off, I asked her what she said, she went and go ahead grab a different product and scan it real quick. Then the credit card machine have issues, and I supposed to put my card in again but she didn't guide me through while I am waiting for my receipt and she just makes me think I have the problem. What a narcissist!

I’ve been to many GNC stores throughout the years. Good experiences at each, however this location is a bit different in my opinion. This is the first store where I actually remember an employees name. Joe’s location is the first place I go to for any nutrition/supplement needs. Joe does a great job finding out your needs and making recommendations accordingly. Him and his team keep me informed on all deals and they seem like they genuinely care. Excellent customer service at this location. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

By far the best GNC there is around here. The manager is very helpful and knowledgeable, he takes the time and goes the extra mile for the customers. Always a friendly and welcoming experience. I frequent this location 3-4 times a week, I never leave disappointed.

Joe and his staff at the Malabar Rd. GNC are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and willing to listen to their customers needs. They help tailor the products purchased to what you are wanting to accomplish. The guys have never been pushy, but push you towards the best products to attain your goals, and boy are they spot on. Their recommendations for new products are always welcomed and appreciated.
