Was forced to leave the store at 7:53pm even though the store closes at 8pm. There was a line of at least 6 people at the register, so there was no way they were able to close that early regardless of my presence. I didn't even have anything in my hands to to purchase and thus require a transaction. That would delay closing, which the gentleman ever so kindly reminded me was happening. So I had to go to the front of the store. At 7:53pm.
I get wanting to go home early, but you shouldn't rush people out of the store to make that happen.

Are you kidding me! So the goodwill gets the stuff donated and then they sale it to you for some outrageous price. I can remember when you got a good diat the goodwill,$1.00 for a tee shirt $5.00 for sho
es,jackets,jeans.
Now it's like just go to regular department store and get it brand new instead of paying top dollar at a goodwill. I guess I will be find some thrift stores, goodwill is over for me!

Me and my one year old daughter went to Goodwill and I noticed the store got rid of the dressing rooms which is ridiculous in my opinion. I mean I found some dresses I really loved at this store but if I can't try on the items then why would I even buy the items. I ended up putting the items back and left the store. I was so willing to buy the dresses if only I could of been allowed to try the items on but I wasn't allowed to try on the items so I left and goodwill lost a sale.

Prices are a bit higher than expected, for used items... but interesting items bring me back.

I hate this place. I still go here many times a week because of the good selection but still. The prices are actually way too high, talking $8 for a t-shirt type shit. Hell nah.

Absolutely nowhere to try on clothes anymore, the prices are sky high, this is ridiculous! Second hand stuff being sold at market value. I can go to Ross and get the same prices for brand new things and be able to try them on. Taking used stuff and selling it at these prices is disgusting! I seen a used coach bag ... From the 90s. .. 70bucks... Like seriously... Terrible shame on y'all for taking advantage of used donated things!

I just don’t understand why the prices are so high. Goodwill is supposed to be for people who are struggling in this economy. This is a shame no goodwill towards people.

I'm a BIIIIIIIG thrifter. You will always find things that you didn't know you needed and things you don't need but just simply want. I was at the Malabar Road Goodwill today and my cashier was Homer. Many people don't appreciate the ones that show up every day and continue to put a smile on their face along with great customer service. Post-Covid changed things up and alot of people in the process. I just want to acknowledge and thank Homer for GREAT customer service today!!

For a place that gets all items free .. you should be ashamed!! Take away dressing rooms, 3 day return policy and for exchange only! No more store credits! You used to employ adults with differing abilities and the stores used to pay for the ADT programs but you don't anymore! I absolutely will no longer shop here or ever donate again! Executive positions are getting rich on every single donation while the "mission" has been lost along the way!!!

Prices are insane, sometimes 2x what it cost new, better off supporting local thrift stores and not this garbage chain
