I don't get this place departments afraid to answer their phones why have a phone if you're not going to answer it can't even ask what time will salesman shows up to the desk, so I can buy some item very disappointing customer service connect you to them they don't answer the phone and call drops not a happy camper 😡👎👎👎

Staffing is never around in the store to help you when they are called it takes approximately with my experience almost 40 minutes at one point or another I had went back to differentials and shop for other things in the person was still not there only to have to go and ask somebody else to call someone to the area that I was at porcelain management needs to be recommended to tell the staffing if this occurs with customers that they can be recommended this is will ensure good customer service

Laura at the return desk was unfriendly and didn’t want to bother checking us out. We had three small items and there was no one in line behind us when we walked up. Being a former Home Depot employee for 10 years I know that ringing up a customer at the return desk is not an issue. She specifically told my husband and I that it wasn’t allowed and made us feel unwelcomed. Way to make your valued customers feel unvalued Laura! Don’t lie to your customers…

This the absolute worse Home Depot store I’ve ever been in. I have a history of retail management but have never seen so much merchandise, ladders, flat beds, etc. cluttering aisles, causing customers to avoid those aisles, not to mention the safety hazards they cause. Today I wasted an hour of my time in the Palm Bay store, looking for several items. They were either all sold out or could not locate. I asked one staff member for assistance in finding something. He mumbled something and walked away. I actually took some photos of the aisles as I was leaving because I could not believe it. The District Manager needs to immediately pay the managers of this store a visit. Or better yet, some corporate staff to see why the District Manager allows this mess. As for me I will be giving all future business to Lowe’s or Amazon.

Lack of workers. I went there at 8:30 am to buy 2 doors and other stuff, and I was told that they don't have anyone in that area until 9:30 am 🤷♂️

I hate to say this but I used to shop here all the time now I only go if the lows across the street is out of what I need.. the forklift loading area is the absolute worst I have ever seen at any hardware store. Absolutely nothing to do with the employees themselves. Just the store policy the fact that they can only load in a 10x10 area is ridiculous. I don't think they would even be able to load anything on the left side of a trailer. Anyways went there yesterday to buy a bundle of pickets paid for the pickets 5 minutes later the forklift arrived with the pickets. Then I waited 45 minutes for the trailer in front of me to hand load four carts of wood. As me and the forklift guys waited and waited.

Curbside pickup, customerservice ignores. I called and waited. I finally went in after 30 minutes of watching other customers go in shop and come out.
