F*** this Home Depot, I can't believe these places don't have tap to pay for a payment option, as one of the largest stores for tools and work related items, you refused to update your systems which are relatively new to tap to pay, this is absurd. I've done a lot of business with Home Depot over the years and now because "Apple" is a competitor according to one of the people on the floor they refuse to update their credit card machines to tap to pay. Unbelievable. And unacceptable. The people you have working at this location obviously have no idea between Apple Pay and the correlation of tap to pay which almost every debit or credit card has now. I'll purchase my items from an Ace hardware that has the option available for me.

This is a good Home depot.Been here a number of times mostly during the day, and anytime I've needed help there's been someone who can answer my questions. Sometimes I'd have to wait 5 - 15 minutes, which I find reasonable for the amount of experience answers I've ended up getting. When I need the staff, I've always been able to easily find someone walking around, and the were generally knowledgeable about locations. I remember several times asking for the place and usually the employees, young or old, knew which isle to find somethings. Occasionally down to the bay! The times they didn't they looked it up in their app and sent me the right way. Also, have had a number of returns and orders made at customer service, and always they've been helpful.

Purchased dishwasher(800) online. Came to deliver 11/26 and said could not install and to get a handy man. They put it in the garage and we opened Monday night. Has large dent in front panel. We installed because we needed a dishwasher. Home depot says they will not cover it. Too bad you let it sit for 2 days. To call Samsung. Samsung says to go back to store because I will have to pay for the repair. Worst experience ever. Stay away from Home Depot

I am irritated With Managment. . Bought a roll of Astroturf had it cut into 3 pieces 1 piece was cut a foot short . Went to the store at 6 am Saturday morning when they opened. Spoke with assistant manager . She refused for me to return it since I rolled the Astroturf out on the ground. ( Astroturf goes outside on the ground) told her it was on plastic ground covering . Still refused a return. Would only take $25 of a new piece cut to proper size . ( Spent over $5000 dol

I had an unpleasant experience with one of the shed companies that Home Depot carries. The situation became so stressful for me I decided to cancel the order, however wasn't sure how quickly the company would respond. I stopped at Home Depot on Malabar Rd and Gina at the Customer Service desk listened patiently to my list of concerns. I provided her with my invoice from the company and she said she would follow through. This morning I received my acknowledgement of cancellation from the company, and this afternoon my credit card was refunded by Home Depot. It doesn't get better than this. Kudos to Gina for top notch customer service and to Home Depot for giving her the tools to correct the situation quickly.

Ok Yelpers, you got this one right for once. Majority of you agree with me that the staff here suck and are corrupted. The Shipping Guy, Steve is a total l**** and hates his job. He is so lazy and complains so much! You can't ask him to find something for you without hearing his mouth.

Horrible, horrible experience! i went in to have the locks on a house i just purchased in the area re-keyed since Home Depot carried the specific locks the house had. To begin with at least 5 employees walked past me completely ignoring me standing there. I walk over to the cashier across aisle who was watching the whole thing and asked if she could call someone because i had 4 locks i needed to be rekeyed. With huff she turned to walk away saying (facing the opposite direction form me) she'd call someone. 15 minutes later one of the previous associates that pretended i was invisible walked over and barked "we don't re-key locks people bring in, if you want new keys you have to buy new locks". perplexed, because I literally just had some done at another store a few weeks earlier, i said "Other stores do without an issue" to which exclaimed "it is home depot's policy for ALL stores, you did NOT have locks rekeyed at another store!". Um ok, so with that it was clear i was not welcome in this Home Depot, which is a shame I used to spend quite a bit of money at the one where I moved from.

Not a bad store to shop for hardware, but I would stay away from the contractor services they sell inside. I had my home air conditioning serviced by them. I was charged over $300.00 for a $ 20.00 part. Yes they got me good, but it will never happen again. I have learned a little about air conditioning since, and I will never use Home Depot again. I don't go there as much anymore, and if I do I stay away from those sales tables, as well as the employees walking around with the clip boards. I have learned the are not a store you can trust.
