I have filed my taxes with H&R Block for the past 4 years and never have i had someone mess up like this…Zing Zhou was the tax consultant and she somehow how used my 2021 W2 lets be clear I brought in my 2024 W2 so long story short I filed 1/26/25 and today is 4/3/25 and I haven’t received my refund I was so afraid of making a mistake myself… Now I have to wait 16 weeks from the date the refund was accepted plz do yourself a favor just do your taxes yourself at least it’ll be your mistake…

Do not go there ! Use TurboTax instead !H&R Block is a complete ripoffI am on a schedule C and I paid a tremendous amount of taxes (according to the agent) PLUS ! $271 for H&R Block services ! This is unacceptableThe guy just asked me basic questions and you charge me $271 for that ??If you are considering H&R Block to do your taxes please DO NOT go there !

I was treated professionally, didn't have to wait,I had just walked up to the receptionist when my preparer came up and greeted me and look me back to do my taxes. Mind you, the closer you get to the deadline, it might effect wait time.

The office is pleasant and allows for comfortable privacy. Our agent was very helpful and friendly. H&R Block did a great job for us.
