nails were uneven, bumpy, you could see the scratch mark from the file, and not completely filled in with paint. the design was not what i wanted but it's fine and i didn't specify so that's fine. I paid $50 for rough treatment, not worth it to me.

Walk in welcomed but they told me to go somewhere else bc they were too busy. They had 4 tech and 1 customer upon going in. I just needed a fill with chrome. Obviously they don’t need the business.

I first went there for a simple acrylic set and one of they guy doing my nails was extremely rude, when i asked for a certain shape, he decided to do his own thing and give me a whole different shape. I was disappointed but i just brushed it off as him just being the problem. And not too long agao I gave them a second shot, the lady was actually very nice and sweet but AGAIN she gave me a different shape, the nails were lumpy and it did not look like what I asked for. (even though I showed her the picture of what I wanted). She was rushing through it even though I was the only person there. On top of that she asked me 50 DOLLARS for the set. Which I found is very unfair in my opinion. Anyways this is just to say that if you want to do your nails there save your money and get it done somewhere else. I BEG.

This was literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. My nails had the wrong shape, very wide and thick looking, wasn’t buffed down at all and the customer service was poor.
