I cannot say or thank this childcare center any more! From the moment you walk in the door to the end of the day. Every one you walk past smiles and greets you, especially the Director & Asst. Director. They all truly cares about the children & the relationship they build with you and your child. My daughter loves going every single day. She has learned so much and has advanced a lot! The biggest thing for me was being able to see my child through the classroom camera & also how frequently the teachers updated you throughout the day. It felt great to see my daughters progress. I highly recommend La Petite Academy of Palm Bay.

My grand baby has been attending this daycare for 10 months. She leveled up from the toddler class to the two year old room and I have to say the management has been amazing. Any questions we had were answered quickly and professionally. The teachers have been excellent. They had some staffing shortages to work through but got it worked out. My sweetie went through months of adjustment crying at drop off and we thought we'd have to take her out. We stuck in there because there really seemed to be the goal of making it a great place for her, and I know the social benefits of playing with other children. Now she just runs right in and plays with her friends and she talks about her teacher all weekend when there is no school. It has helped greatly that we have access to live video through out the day and can see how she is doing. She just turned 2, she is potty trained, talking a lot and even counting in spanish! So happy with the decision to keep her there. We love it there.

Time to petty because obviously my emails and calls are not being answered.I enrolled my daughter for the school break program. Paid for a week of flex and paid for a week of spring break/ was advised on the very last day of spring break that the school break program was being cut and that I’d be refunded for the flex days not used. Cut 6 months later and not a single word. I’ve called, emailed- no responses and hang ups. No refund. Nothing. Clearly a money hungry organization. Program was cut because not that many kids showed up for one week- so parents cant take a vacation?… as a suggestion- do not use. I was still getting notifications about my child’s day even when she wasn’t there.

My daughter attended for 2yrs and I’m beyond pleased with the care and attentiveness she received . She was well prepared for kindergarten thanks to the educational support provided by all the teachers she had.

I would not suggest anyone bring their kid here. My child came home wet through his clothes a few times. They do not have classrooms with doors and if your child does not stay in the classroom a few times they will kick them out of the school. A two year old is going to roam sometimes that is why there are adults supposed to be present. They also could not tell me how he got bite marks on him.

Yeah. Went there as a kid. If your child has any conditions (such as autism,Adhd, depression etc) they will be heavily made fun of n bullied here. Even by staff. Lik still dealing w therapist bc of the awful things done to me here as a kid. Not a single adult here cared about kids

I have no idea where these negative comments are coming from but I know for a fact that the Palm Bay location is amazing ! My two kids have been coming here since Nov of last year. They are now 5 and 1. I am so thankful I found this place ! I couldn’t be any more happier !!! They are all wonderful and professional. They are always updating me with pictures and with what they kids are doing etc. The director Jessica and assistant director Judith are both amazing !!! Nancy, Juanita, Sarah, Tania and everyone else are all incredible even the cook she gets down in that kitchen. I appreciate everyone in that place. It’s hard to find a place to watch you kids I am a very overprotective person when it comes to my kids especially when one of my child can’t speak/defend themselves (she’s 1) but I know here they are both in great hands. Thank you all for being amazing !! I highly recommend this place without a doubt !!!

Went there just to see and let me sayVery money hungryAll I kept getting told was “you have to pay or lose your spot. We gotta get paid”ObviouslyKept getting cut off every time I tried to talk. Director seemed rude and uninterested in the kids.Teachers looked miserable and overwhelmed. None of them smiled once the whole time I was there. 1 teacher for 8-9 kids. Place was loud and dirty looking. Play area was tiny and messy. Kids were running all over and into other “classes”. Door was wide open for kids being potty trained so anyone could see. Will not be sending my kid here. Absolutely not.Only positives I could say was that you can watch the cameras and Judy seems very friendly. Also the lock on the door that needs a code is good.

I’ve watched the cameras of the kids since some I knows kid goes here and they were showing me.Teachers put their hands on the kids aggressively. They dragged one kid around the classroom by her arm(I’d be shocked if it didn’t leave a mark). They ignore crying kids. No smiles. All of the teachers are angry all the time and aren’t playing with the kids.Don’t send your kid here unless you’re ok with your kid being in an abusive/careless situation.

Terrible Experience. Scheduled a tour to inquire about putting my daughter in their "two's" program. The minute we got there the staff was so rude. Then they tell me that they don't allow tours anymore that I'm welcomed to look at their small monitor camera instead. I asked "well can I atleast meet the teachers who would be taking care of my child" the lady was then rude again and told me no I'm not allowed to meet teachers or look around.I found this completely insane. Why would anyone leave their child at a school where I'm not allowed to even see the place or meet the teachers. I definitely won't. this school was a HUGE RED FLAG

I just want to let you know how grateful I am to you and your La Petite employees. I am so thrilled that I have found a daycare where I feel that Gloria was so well cared for and loved. Shante, Candace, Nancy, Sarah ,and especially Mrs.Judy and Mrs.Jessica. I just think you are so awesome. Always listen to my concerns and answered all my questions. They have taken time to help my child transition well. The school is always clean, safe, organized, and decorated with new projects. I’ve noticed so much growth in her since starting. They are just the best. Thank you and please continue doing what you do.

we are so thankful to have found this daycare!! For years we were in and out of places that could not accommodate us. These teachers go above and beyond and truly care for my kids as if they were there own!!

This is quite possibly the worst daycare center/preschool I have ever experienced. Most of the teachers and staff were nice to my son and myself, however some of the things I witnessed during pick ups and drops offs were atrocious. I've seen teachers yelling and screaming at children because they were not listening. The teachers had no control over children or classroom. I saw a teacher manhandle a small girl, and that was the last time I took my son to that school. They would always tell me that my son was the most well behaved child in the ENTIRE school. That says something to me. My child cried EVERY morning I dropped him off. He's now in a new school and I never have that issue. The facility is dirty and smells and the staff really seems uneducated. Stay clear of this place unless you need something last minute.

The staff is ok something. I am the last to know about my child. If they are sick and can't come back the next day. I was not informed until the next morning when I have to rearrange my work schedule. They need better communication skills. Plus the building is very old. My kids seen to love some of the staff there. That's why they are still attending the center.
