This is a really nice place for storing stuff. The place itself is easy to navigate & use. And the customer support is really great, going out of their way to be helpful. Diane has been wonderful. Extra Space is very much recommended for taking care of your storage needs.

The wonderful gentleman that helped was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I appreciate that he took to the time to fully explain everything to me, as well as going over the layout of the building. He was thorough and efficient. Great service 👏

I have been with Extra Space Storage since it was Uncle Bob's so I've been with them for many many years they have been amazing very helpful very patient and super kind willing to always help out however they can whether it's with a payment or giving you more time or even helping you with your stuff to unload to make things a little easier I'm very happy with Extra Space Storage 😊

Not even worth one star. The police even said what they are doing is illegal they changed my lock out of office hours and changed it back during office hours to force me to pay him a clean up fee b4 I moved out. While I was there the manager kevin watched us through office and locked the office door even at one point. Says nothing while im there but calls me after I leave. I had my rates go from 69 to 180 because they mailed me a post card as they said but I never received it. Also the facility has no trash cans nor was the elevator even working it still isnt functioning properly you have to push the open button to let yourself out of the elevator. The manager makes the assistant manager look bad and blames her for everything he yelled at one lady for helping us open the door made her cry for being a good person. I've never been so displeased enough as to write a review but I know im not only one they did this to. I told Kevin I was in hospital so he makes Diane message me and when I tell her im in hospital no response from either but when my help came on Sunday my keys didn't work and today they magically did. I feel bad for anyone thinking of renting here. Now they have a sign saying after hours you have to use the futher entrance from elevator with no other reason than workers aren't present umm okay so isnt it all monitored by cameras and so you have to walk half the building to walk back. The inside doors aren't big enough for bigger furniture it their one elevator is down either. I paid these people was never late and was treated horribly I would never recommend extraspace again due to this displeasing service.

This place is a mastermind criminal run facility. I’ve been trying to leave for two months, first time when the panel was busted, second time when I found out the elevator was down too. FOR TWO MONTHS!!! Kevin puts me in the red, changes my lock, which two years ago I was told wouldn’t happen, and the nice woman that told me insurance and everything would be waived, gets punished??? No, the no communications, the rising prices, when I secured the unit online and that was never supposed to change either. This place is a joke. Locked me out and now after I finally get the phone call I e been WAITING FOR ABOUT THE ELEVATOR, it’s after I talked to Mr. Rude, with the radio playing loudly in the background I can’t hear him, bullying me about more money, lying that the waiver signed was too late, and then he gets an attitude, when I tell him what’s up, so he says “don’t worry about it” and hangs up on me. Then I secure help to come move out, and find my locks changed yeah someone let me inside, to find out about this illegal move. Which is illegal after you failed to maintain communications and fulfill your duty to maintenance in a reasonable timeframe, not to mention wasting customers time. You fail to communicate professionally. I’ve also filed this with the BBB.
