Purchased a Samsung front load washer and dryer with the pedestals and ofcourse the lowes protection plan. Tried to use the protection plan have gotten no where. Needed a better copy of my receipt for the now third party insurance not lowes any more. Went into my local lowes with the receipt the lady looked at it and said should couldn't read it. Without this I can't use the policy for the washer. Her best answer was " that's a bummer". They don't honor the protection plan or atheist make it so difficult you give up.

I need a PVC plumbing part. The one I need is not on the shelf. The shelf is a complete mess! Is there a manager? Does he/she EVER walk aroand look at the shelves? I went to Home Depot.

They seem like they're always understaffed when the workers are paid to come and assist customers they take an exceptionally long time this is a growing problem with this store the management of the needs to hire more staffing or have a sit-down with the workers on their people skills

Visited the Palm Bay location today to purchase a cordless jigsaw which was in stock and locked in a cabnet, and was completely disappointed with the customer service, I realize that today was just days from Christmas, but the floor staff was not to be found. I searched 8 or 9 rolls for a customer service rep. After searching, i went to the pro desk to ask for assistance , they were helpful in that they made an announcement say "Customer needs assistance in the tool section." I returned to the tool section and waited a good 10 minutes. No one showed, and still no one in any of the aisles. So I just left. I like the kobalt name so I will purchase from another Lowes. This is a management issue and should be looked into.

Seasonal selections at the start of the season were not really abundant. Not enough stock for the selections on display.

So far Lowes has left such a bad experience with me that I don't want to even spend money there even if the sale was good. Poor customer service over the phone and in the store. Installation was done incorrectly. I want to return what I can because of how bad my experience has been with this store and their reps. Negative all around.

If you're expecting to get a Christmas tree here, don't. There was literally nobody in the very tiny tent they had for them. So even if we had found a tree we liked, we wouldn't have been able to do anything about it. Not sure they even want to sell them with how far away it was from everything and how little they seemed to care about it all.

As long as you know what you're looking for you're fine. They have good stock and availability. But don't ask for help most of the staff is useless

Typically don't post reviews but I have to. We just moved here and bought a house in August. We've been doing minor upgrades (ie: painting, fixtures, etc) spent over 5k so far (online mostly because of the lack of knowledge these associates have). My issue is, every time we go to this store no one seems to help. If we do find someone we have to wait for them to find someone else who works in that specific department. Seriously?! Every associate has a scanner why can't they just scan the product and get the inventory whether they work in lighting or paint or anywhere! Don't even get me started on their signage. Their butcher blocks are never signed correctly, When I show the associates they look at me like I did the signage! I did most of my shopping online for this reason.

I rated this location a one, because that is honestly as low as the rating system allows. Apparently, this location is running at "low employment" with only ONE person per department. I have been trying to get a BLINDS install for 3 weeks! We stop by the store and are told the one person they have in the department left for the day. CALLED again today and was told by the store manager, "she is scheduled to be here today... I know she is here". ATTEMPTED 5 times to reach the one and only person they claim is working the area and STILL NOTHING!! IF you are looking for home decor and anything associated with installation through Lowe's, you are better off going direct to competitors or services that actually have their LIVELY hood based on the working in that specific area of expertise. These people don't care and are paid regardless if they work or not. My husband and I work nearly EVERYDAY and we cannot work with a schedule that is solely 10am to 3pm- my husband won't get home until after 6pm!
