Kelly was helpful amd worked fast in helping out. I love the fact that someone picks up my trash from my front door. Communication is key and Kelly does just that.

Kelly was absolutely amazing she was so personable and attentive. She took the time to listen into my needs and take into account of what I was looking for. As we all know moving can be extremely stressful. She help me come up with a game plan and how to move forward. She practically took the stress out of the whole process. She went the extra mile and didn't have too. I look forward to moving into Meri at Palm Bay. She turned what could have been a stressful experience into an enjoyable one. If you're looking for a place to call home and you decide to choose Meri at Palm Bay I recommend you definitely go see Kelly She's amazing!!!!

Worst experience ever!!!!! I was supposed to move in other 15th of December but because there was a lot to be fixed I didn't move in. I paid 1790.48 and did not move in until the 3rd of January. I just got water in the kitchen on the on the 10th and I still don't have AC. Don't like roaches but I can deal with the few I see once a day. For the price a pay for a 2/2 I should not be going through this. I think my next step is a lawer. The management go home every day and leave us like this . I would not do this again. Kelly promised me everything would be done and she didn't want me to get my money and leave. Now I wish I would have and I spent almost 600.00 dollars on movers. I am so ? upset.

Communication is very bad with Sheenan and the Director Kelly( Very Lazy). When they say they will call you back that is a lie. I applied for an apartment it took 3 weeks of me to keep calling to get an update on my application. I feel bad that Robert has to work under them maybe he can follow Dee and leave they are so unorganized and unprofessional. Make sure my holding fee is expedited back to me. It’s so much I can say. Apply at your own risk.

I just called and spoke with Kelly she was very rude I’m relocating from out of state I think understand why the reviews says the staff is rude as a government employee I would never hire someone like Kelly and I’m not done I will be reaching out to corporate

I have lived at the apartment for 10 years . I have seen a lot of changes most of them were for the Good. there are always going to be changes in Management/ living styles if you are Renting.I happen to be one that has lived all over the world. And do not take living quarters for granted. With that being said emergencies come and when I called them they immediately came to handle it. Repairs are not going it happen the same day but patients is what you must have.I mind my own business if there is ever something that I am not happy with I contact the office. every neighbor that I have had has been great and we watch out for each other.I always remember every employee whether management maintenance they do have to answer to other staff (Higher Up).With all being said I love my living and the staff there from Maintenance to From office.Remember treat the property as if was yours.Its Only Up From HereMS. Wright

Don’t let the website fool you, this place sucks. It took almost four months to fix our leaking a/c unit. It had standing water which led to water damage, mold, and constant gnats. It took them three days to “fix” my fridge after it went out. All they did was unplug and plug it back in. Took another four days, so a week without a fridge, to replace it with a smaller fridge. I was 8 months pregnant at the time. Took three weeks to get our dryer fixed only for it to work once then break again. Still waiting for that to be fixed. Don’t even get me started on the overflowing dumpsters. There’s weeks where I have to leave my trash bags by the door because the dumpsters are overflowing with trash that we can’t use it. We have a bug problem. I’ve seen way too much of the Palm Bay Police Department and SWAT team for my liking. No home sweet home feelings here.

Do you want an over priced apartment in a bad area??? You're in luck! This is the place for you. The fact that the office says "professionally managed by vesteco " is an absolute joke. Professional???The things you'll get--bugs, even tho you pay for pest control. Ask the office for pest control, they will ignore you.-overflowing trash-something is broken? Well that sucks for you because it is not getting fixed. (When we moved out we had 7 that's right SEVEN work orders over 7 months old that were never taken care of).- incredibly rude, condescending staff. Dee is the worst, she is so nasty.-the gym that's advertised, it's been closed for 3 years.-the playground? Gone.-Noise! A dog barking at 6 am thru thr entire day, not their problem. "We sent a note that's all we can do"- unresponsive emergency staff. We lost power in both bedrooms for the last 3 days we were there. FUN!-regular police lock downs. Happens multiple times throughout the year. Gotta go to work? Nope. Want to come home, lol no.This should be your last resort and with so many new complexes being built, look at them and avoidHonestly this place was nice before the take over.

I am due to move in next month this is super concerning to read. I was looking forward to a pool and nice conscientious management staff I guess that was false advertising . Very unhappy with what I am reading , But I am willing to attempt it as I have already payed. Hopefully they will deliver what they promised on their site, time will tell and I just pray that I have zero issues.

Over priced rent, maintenance never does anything. They focus too much on the outside appearance meanwhile the inside is falling apart and appliances are 10+ years old and constantly breaking. Edit…. Still waiting for maintenance to come. Last request was December of last year. Washer and dryer still not fixed. One shower doesn’t work at all. Multiple calls and online requests and maintenance keeps saying I’ll be there such and such a day.
