I went to the store with many questions on how to print a document. An associate named Chaia was very helpful and polite.After she answered several questions I had, I was able to print it off easily. I definitely recommend using this store for your office needs

02/13/2025 The 11:40am - to 12:40 front end staff weren’t friendly and made me wait an hour for a print job. The heave older light brown haired lady was extremely rude and acted like she wanted to be confrontational just because I walked in the store. The guy with brown hair and glasses was purposely ignorant and socially challenged. He felt annoyed I was there. The albino guy was nice though. Unfortunately, no one had name tags.

Good service every time I go in. I can usually find whatever I am seeking. The store in Vero Beach, FL has been closed. I certainly hope nothing happens to this one

Amazing work! This Office Depot is so much better than the one in Viera. Alex in print was super nice and helpful! Always went above and beyond whenever I was at the store. He also corrected one of my order from the Viera Office Depot. He deserves a raise.

I am preparing for my first show as an artist and needed some copies of my work made. Chris was an absolute dream to work with. Knowledgeable, pleasant, hard working, polite, insightful and resourceful as he took care of my needs and those of other customers coming in with copy questions. A real gem in a world of people who want to make more but work far less for the pay! Definitely a keeper for sure. If you have copy needs, go see Chris at the Palm Bay Road store and he will help you out; you won't be unhappy with his work or the service.

Lack of Staff
Lady in front of me waited for 1hr+ 15 of her work creation.
I was in store 45min
This is too much, please hire more staff.

We went into this location looking for one thing. Although they did not carry it we did pick up a few other things. The staff at this location are extremely friendly and very helpful. Thank you!! The cashier told us about the Business Rewards program and we will definitely be looking into that soon.

I have shopped here for years. Used their services for copying, faxing, shipping, etc. Today, I find you have to do most things now in the self-serve section. In addition, they can't help ppl that don't understand how the machines work, only to shove a card in their hand for instructions.
I faxed 5 pgs , self service, and it cost me 2x what i paid when they did it.
I dont work for Office Depot. I shouldn't have to do their job. I helped the man who couldn't figure out how to manage the machine. This is preposterous!
