It is probably a good clinic to get shots but if you are expecting a professional staff, seek another office. It is a shame because the vets are fabulous.

Everyone at the Palm Bay Animal Clinic is GREAT! When it comes to my "baby" having ANY kind of health issues, I highly recommend these folks! They are friendly and understanding and let you know what "options" you have. They also do follow-up to make sure that your "baby" is doing well after a procedure... I don't know who that one star lady dealt with, but I have never had anything close to being that bad with my pets there... I'm going to keep going there...

Palm Bay Animal Clinic is one of the best Veterinary Hospitals in Brevard County. Not only are their prices low, they truly care about your animals. I have been with them since they bought Palm Bay Animal Clinic and wouldn't trust anyone but them to take care of my 4 legged kids. Thank you for the compassion and care all of the staff shows each time I bring my animals in. Amazing staff and fantastic Vets!!

Zero stars if I could. It's just a business to them. They didn't even attempt to get to the root of the problem and instead wanted to use "bandaids" aka Miralax until it becomes detrimental. My 11 yr old male cat clearly had internal bleeding visibly seen by tarry stools via pics that I showed them & had constipation. Dissatisfied after spending $225 on an exam and blood work with an "I don't know" answer, I then consulted with a holistic cat specialist and he is on the mend thanks to a pathogen assassin liquid plus slippery elm, Proviable, CBD oil and a completely new diet. This place is a joke! They know they can't make money off of a healthy animal so they instead prolong things in hopes to suck even more money out of your pockets. "We have lots of people that are on a tight budget. Start asking your friends and family for the money and do what you have to do if you love your pet".-Dr Jen. Seriously, stay far away from this heartless place!!! They only care about the dollar! (Anyone reading: feel free to contact me for photos if you'd like to see the evidence)

First visit at their office today on a sort of emergency basis and couldn’t be happier! Reassured me and took the conservative route. Super positive environment. Thank you for seeing Bodhi!

I do love this office, until today I've always left there feeling good about my pets treatments and how I was treated. I thought I was being overly concerned so I called around to local vets and friends. Asking what they did to be COVID safe. Finding out most vet offices are not letting you enter without a mask or they come to your car and get your pet. As there is a sign on the front door to please wear a mask 1 person while I was there walked in without masks. Another I over heard talking. When I asked about the sign I was told they are not the mask police. Um ok, Their wrong, this is a personally own business which means they can police people not wearing masks. Guess I feel as long as there's a chance on catching COVID still businesses should take extra precaution to keep people safe. I haven't been to a store, restaurant anywhere busy for months. I believe the sign to mean I would be safe to bring my pets. Now I've learned the sign doesn't mean a thing. For anyone looking for a good place to go this is it. If you need safety for health reasons might want to think about it.

Had to bring our old girl freckles in today to be evaluated. Besides being almost 15 she was very weak and not able to stand. Dr. JEN and her team were amazing and professional with letting us know what was wrong (kidney and heart failure) so we made the sad decision to put ms freckles to sleep and in her honor have her cremated so we can spread her ashes in her favorite place. I absolutely recommend coming to Palm Bay Animal Clinic for any of your pets needs. They are amazing.

We just moved to Palm Bay, Florida from Southern California, Our 8 year old rescue who suffers from Allergies, Recurrent Yeast Infections and other skin issues flared up after the move from a dry desert environment. I notice he once again had an ear infection (3 x since adopting him less then 1 year ago). Dr. Jocelyn Brickett looked over his extensive medical history. Saw out prior veterinarians course of treatment. Asked what worked and what could be better and she continued with what worked and added a few minor tweaks for his skin issues. Then added a treatment for the possible allergies in Florida that might be affecting him. Since in Southern California it was the fall that triggered his allergies. Needless to say he isn't constantly scratching anymore. His ear infection is on the road to recovery and his skin showing improvement. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a good Vet in the area.

Recently moved from Cali and had to say goodbye to my exotic vet, glad I found an accommodating place close by for my rats.

First time with our new puppy and our older dog. Very friendly staff and vet. Took time to fully explain everything on both dogs. Very reasonable rates. Wife and I both agree to make this our regular vet.

They really care about your pet's situations and let them and us know they actually like them. Thank you for who you are and what you do!

Jen is very friendly and works well with animals. She had no hesitation while cleaning my cat's ears, clipping their nails and giving vaccinations. My cat didn't even meow during the injections - would recommend.
