I wish my doctor cared about me as much as they did for my cat!

Horrible service. Had my dog scheduled a specific day. I get a call to confirm but some how they have my dog scheduled a day earlier. That's not okay. Especially since I didn't get a call to know that my date was changed and there was nothing they could do even tho it was THEIR FAULT!!!!!

My wife and I have been breeders and dog owners all our lives. The high end King Charles Cavaliers and Spaniels as well as European Doberman are absolutely amazing canines intellectually, emotionally not to mentions extremely expensive especially when we train these breeds as service animals. We are officially retired now from breeding and have retired our mates. We love it so maybe one day again. We still retain the mates as well as our personal service dog Athena. I was initially concerned When the previous Vet sold the business to the new owners, thankfully are concerns were not warranted. Dr. Roddy and Dr. Kelly as well as the staff Kevin, Jen, Erika, Shelby and of course last but not least Beloved Martha are ALL professional but more importantly are personal, these qualities of course coupled with their knowledge and care have been invaluable to us. Although Dr. Paul and Dr. Jen will be sorely missed and we hope their future is bright going forward but to know that we have such confidence in the new ownership has been a weight off our shoulders. We have used other Veterinarians within a 60 mile radius due to a previous partnership and bar none, Palm bay animal clinic has your Pets health first at heart and your wallet second in the equation. They are the most reasonable in cost to the point I do not know how they do it, to give quality loving care with such professionalism and give it at such economical pricing is beyond me. We always look forward to seeing everyone's smiling faces when we visit and if you get a chance? Ask either Dr, Roddy or Dr. Kelly to see their Cavalier, she is precious.

The new owners and their staff are amazing with our dog! We were lucky enough to find them without going to any other place! My husband tells the staff that he is Coopers “emotional support person”. Love this place

Our 4.5-month-old puppy was sick, and we were 15 minutes late for a 3pm appointment due to heavy traffic. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, saying the vet might see us but couldn't give a specific time implying it could be up to 2 hours if we wait and not guramteed. They told us to wait in the car instead of the empty waiting area, citing we would be a distraction. There was no compassion for our situation, and we won't be returning. Our previous vet treated us like family, but this experience was disappointing. We thought sticking with the same vet as our pups breeder and our neighbor, who’s pup was also sick (our pup’s sister), would mean they would know the family and be helpful and welcoming. I would have appreciated it more if they just said we’re sorry you missed your appointment time because we are booked solid and helped me schedule a new time rather than dismiss us like we did something wrong. It's never okay to dismiss anyone especially when dealing with a sick baby. Don't bother showing up to your appointment if you get delayed. They don’t have the capacity to care.

Originally I thought this place was great. Had positive experiences with the female vet. But recently I have had a different Experiance. My dog seems to have something viral which now affect my other dog and my neighbors dog that’s after weeks and treatment. I am telling the vet all this and they seem to make it not a big deal or have any idea what it could actually be. They just kept offering me expensive tests. My other vet didn’t take this approach… also my friend who started going here at the same time was 15 mins late to her appointment and the staff was completely rude to her telling her should could wait outside and they “might” fit her in within the next two hours.. and I am putting that in a nice way. They were so rude. I feel they also don’t communicate well and I had to prod the vet for any answers.. not going back

I always see the vet with dirty blonde hair and freckles I wish I could remember her name but she is great. She really takes the time to answer all your questions and was very kind with my animals. You can tell she really loves her job and came into the field because she cares and that’s exactly what I was looking for. <3

Friendly, attentive, and caring! I was referred to PBAC by a friend and I am really glad I took the recommendation. They are great at taking care of our fur family!

Our dog had an injured paw while traveling, and we were able to get an appointment on short notice. The doctor not only treated the paw, but gave us thoughtful advice on her other health matters. The cost was very reasonable. So happy to have found this place!
