They have AWFUL service!!! I took my vehicle there one time and refuse to take my vehicle there ever again! They half job your vehicle, but charge full price for the job. If they receive any negative reviews on here, they try to make it seem like the person giving them a negative review is lying on them!!! Too many negative reviews on here for anyone to be wasting their time on here to call your SORRY work out! I believe this business may be foreign owned now, and they don't know how to do good detailing! No, this is a TRUE review, and I am telling the truth about your sorry, no- good service! Step up( hire workers that know how to detail a vehicle), do better( stop being lazy and doing a half job) or close your sorry business!

When I got there the guy gave me a “well i dont know” look, then he said well maybe with the pressure washer. Then they took my car back. I’m assuming to vacuum (still dirt under my mats) and then put thru the wash machine. Then cleaning the inside and windows. My grill is still dirty and my windows are very streaky. The inside was wiped Half hazardously, and my radio Was not touched and had fingerprints all over it. I spent a good 30 minutes at home, wiping everything off. I like the old management at least they did a good job. This job felt kind of rushed and like they really didn’t care. Not worth the money.
Update: I will not be wasting my time going back. I got off early from work yesterday and decided to get a car wash. Now I know better. My mother even had a bad experience with you guys. Her car was left dirty in multiple places. Next time we’ll just go elsewhere. Tighten up your service.

The car wash was great before new owners took over its very rushed ,don't use the proper cleaning tools and the drive through car was dont even work anymore so there basically robbing u of your money.they charge a lot to get a credit washed so they should do a great job.wont go back for a while.till it changes.

I have been gone here for years and I don't know if there's new owners to it or what. But the last time I went the machine's not working but they don't tell you that I walked down and looked and they were cleaning my car by hand from a dirty bucket that was used from the car before me and they cleaned my tires with it and then cleaned my car and whoever vacuumed under my back window must have hit my window with the vacuum now has left Mark's I cannot get off. I am very disappointed of them not telling you the machine wasn't working. They used it just to rinse off your car. Which one of the guys drove it through?

They do a very bad job!!! I will never go to them again!!!! The out side is still dirty and the windows have marks all over them and the inside is all oily!!! We had to redo it ourselves!!!!!! It's a waste of money!!!!!! And time!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I would like to give this place five stars seeing as how every time I come here. I'm driving from Port St. John to get my car detailed because I think they do such a wonderful job but for some reason my window wiper got broken and nobody decided to tell me about it so I'm a little bit disappointed about that. Now I have to go buy another one. And I just changed them out 4 months ago

Beyond rushed job and everything is still dirty… this looks like a 2 minute job … just do it yourself !! NOT worth the price in any way shape or form would give 0 if i could. I am beyond disappointed i honestly regret even wasting the money .

As a former manager employee at Palm Bay Car Wash when it first opened, and the attention to detail was top-notch. We took pride in fully drying each vehicle and ensuring every car looked spotless. Fast forward to today, after about a year since my last visit, I decided to treat my car to a wash. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The wash quality was subpar, and to top it off, I had to ask for a towel to dry my own car after paying $32! It's a shame to see the standards have dropped so significantly.

False comment, we do not have services of that value and the owners have always been the same for 5 years.
So here is my response! Yeh you may be the owner for the last 5yrs but when John was running it, the service and the detail was way better! It cost me $30 and some change today for the two row ‘the works’ and I added a tip! Which I wish I never would have. I could have done a better job on my vehicle. And YES! I did ask for a towel to complete the job of drying my vehicle because your guys left it wet and I don’t like water spots! The vacuuming looks like a 5yr child did it half ass! Honestly, your team needs more training and pay attention to detail. A clean car is a happy car and happy customer, however your team disappointed me, because my car WASN’T done right. And I feel it could have been better.

I should have read the reviews before trying this place out. Set an appointment for interior shampoo and the works exterior wash, was told it would take 2 hours. Ended up waiting around for over 5 hours before they were finished. To make matters worse, the next day the seats had very large water stains from where they shampooed, much worse condition than before I went. I will never recommend this place, bad work, bad customer service. Extremely unhappy and out $150.

Horrible Customer service and a waste of money ! I specifically asked for the car to be hand washed exterior only and focus on the rims plus tire shine. they ran the car through the automated machine and said thats the best that they can do. they charged me for tire shine and put little to none on
