Technician, Richard, came to my house and serviced my truck with the same attention to detail you would expect back in the shop. Talk about time savings. This included synthetic oil change, tire rotation, liquids check, belt testing, battery test, battery key-fob replacement and resetting the driver side window motor. I couldn’t be happier.

I made an appointment a week out. Showed up on time Derrick in service told me the repair would be pricey. I was told I would be called back with an estimate. I waited all day finally I called because I needed my vehicle back. Was sent to VM 3xs finally asked receptionist to have them leave my keys so I could come get the car after work. Dealership calls next day and quotes me over $1300 dollars before tax to replace headlights on a 2016 Lincoln MKC. They also had to wait on the bulbs 2 days I know the bulbs are higher end but still. I called another local mechanic they took me in immediately the car was done start to finish in 45 mins no exaggeration 45 mins. They charged me $330 dollars and oddly had the bulbs in stock. So with that being said I can't help but feel this dealership wasted a day of my time made me track them down and was going to charge me over 75% more then a local mechanic. I know dealers are usually a little more but this seems like total BS. He did say he checked with Ford to see if they could do anything and of course they couldn't no suprise there.

Love the service department since 2016 and they have done every maintenance checkup. Thankful for their work taking care of my car. I cannot afford a new car so I will put my trust in their experience and trust them. Also they show kindness and courtesy always!

I was visiting family and I had my diferencial switch fail. I was from out of town and they ordered the part right away and the next day they installed it. Stewart and Chris were very helpful and professional they took care of my truck in a timely manner. I was able to drive back to North Carolina in a safe way. Thank you for your service. I will definitely use your service again. Thank you again.
