I purchased a Mustang from Gary Yeomans Ford in Palm Bay, Fl. I specifically told the salesman I have experienced issues at another Ford dealership ,in the area, about them increasing payment that I didn’t authorize after I purchased a new car there. Gary Yeoman dealer was very supportive. I eventually sold and purchased the Mustang there at a price we agreed on. I then later on was quoted a price ( like the other Ford dealership) to pay 200.00 more then we agreed on. I’m not sure what or why these two dealerships increase the monthly payment without my consent. I’ve called the Ford warranty company and they’ve said it’s a third party company who increases the payment. I’ve contacted GYF multiple times, went into the dealership but they haven’t helped or fixed the problem.

Overall a great buying experience. Jordan and Jamal from sales handle my car buying experience with professionalism and courtesy. Hammad had all my paperwork ready for final signing. He made the process smooth and explained all documents I had to sign. I was out the door in under 2 hours. My vehicle was detailed and full tank of gas before I drove off the lot. The staff here at Gary Yeomans Ford were very nice, professional and most importantly honest about my choice in vehicle. I wanna give a shout out to Jasper who helped tremendously with my sale and all questions I had regarding the vehicle. He goes above and beyond making you feel comfortable and reaches out to you for any needs or concerns about your vehicle. I love my Honda Accord and I’m so thankful Jasper showed me this vehicle after I initially only wanted a Honda Civic. LOVE MY ACCORD! And they are even getting me in for another service check free of charge just to make sure everything is just how I want my vehicle purchase to be. Thank you all!!

I came in to take a look at Mustangs for my husband and ended up walking out with a new truck for myself! I absolutely love my badass new Sherrod Thunderbolt! Jamal was so great walking me through the process, and reassuring me when I started getting nervous about making such a big decision. I'll make sure to get all my vehicles from Jamal and Gary Yeoman Ford!

I can't even begin to explain how amazing Gary Yeomans Ford is! Let me tell you, from the moment we stepped foot onto their lot, they treated us like family. The staff, from sales to finance, were not only professional but incredibly helpful. I never thought I would be purchasing a super duty truck so soon, but they made the entire process seamless and we drove away with our very first truck. Shout out to Jose, you are an outstanding salesman who made everything crystal clear and found us the perfect truck. And I have to mention Marc, the manager, who is not only talented but absolutely awesome. Together, they make one heck of a team, like a big, welcoming family. We are so impressed that we are willing to travel 200 miles from our town of Boca just to have our truck taken care of by them. Our truck garage is going to expand and we will definitely be sticking with these guys.

Great buying experience. Egor was very pleasant and helpful.He was determined to find the vehicle at the right price. We landed on 2015 Tacoma and negotiated a fair price. (note - the dealership has a process of advertising a low online price and then adding in $2499 online adv fee at closing, which is in fine print so know what you are negotiating.). Completing the transaction with Nicoli was great and then close out with customer service interview. Overall great experience and friendly staff. Egor even added the orange and blue balloons for the photo - GO GATORS.

I ordered my 2024 Ford Mustang in March and I took delivery this past Friday. The process was easy and the salesman took the time to review my order. When it came time to pick it up, he made sure I was comfortable and answered all of my questions. He spent the time to go over the important features of the car and made himself available if I needed help. Great service!

Absolutely the best experience I've had with a Ford dealership so far. Being a female in this type of situation at the moment was about the hardest trial I've been against for a while.To no knowledge of anything being wrong with my car on a very hot afternoon, all of a sudden my car was shaking out of my reach and in the middle of 5 o'clock traffic it didn't want to go any further.I pulled over and took a breather after getting out of hectic traffic ( very dangerous intersection) New Heaven and US 1) standing along with a lot of homeless peeps and strangers? no one to stop and ask for help and tow trucks that would take 1 hour and a half to get to me I decided to try to make it to my favorite mechanic shop! Thank God my Ford Escape made it "barely "He told me after diagnosis my transmission was shot.He encouraged for me to take it to where I purchased my car (Good ol Kelly Ford!!) welp this was on a Wednesday.My mechanic had diagnosed it by Friday wich was no problem.. every one is backed up. Background of this car .. at 54 thousand miles Kelly Ford had to put a brand new motor in it in the past. I went back shortly after that and had a horrific experience with there fabulous staff about the fuel sensor quoting me over 1,000 dollars wich I right away called my mechanic and he did the work for less than half of the dealers quote.When they quoted me a shocked sticker price about it ? I declined to the service advisor and told him I would take to my mechanic. He then called several times harassing me , I told him to stop calling me and he continued. I blocked him. Even when I picked up car to transfer and spoke to manager? They were more than happy to see me go! Very happy!Back to my experience now with my transmission... I literally called Mr Collins Kelly Ford) on his personal cell phone wich in google he asks his customers to call him with any problems? And he was quick to address he only had 2 transmission mechanics, no loaners,and pretty much no time to work with me even a two week out for a diagnostic?Even questioning me the entire time how was I so sure it was my transmission? How was I expecting for them ? Or dare ask anything at all from them ? (Pretty much his attitude) much less listen to any of my concerns ...and I was so insulted by his words and misdemeanor uhm , Rudest person ever! I went with that ....and called Palm Bay Ford ..and it was a blessing sent from God all mighty!! Jason rite away suggested to bring the car in and the rest is history... my car was under extended warranty , he had no doubt at any point and time within our conversation he had it all figured out by the time I got there! At least he was very heart felt with my situation. My car was fixed in 2 days!! I have nothing but thank fullness and lots of admiration on the entire staff in Palm Bay Ford!!! I'll be taking my car there for ever. Please be aware of the treatment you receive after you buy a car at Kelly Ford.The salesman only like you when they get there money, then you are at the mercy of negligence and poor service at Kelly Ford.

The sales team, the credit managers, finance managers, miss Kate Ricky Jasper and several others that have worked with even in service. Everybody has been great. I enjoyed trading and dealing with Gary Yeoman and I will continue to do what that boy dealership. They care about their customers they care about me. I know they know me by my first name. When I walk in and that's awesome. It was a guy working there called Rich and Jimmy they were good to work with as well.

The only reasons I give one star is because you can't give negative stars and there is one person there, Colton, who is a gentleman and did the best he could to make this situation resolve to the good of all. But his efforts, which were above and beyond, to fix a terrible situation my husband and I had with Gary Yeoman's Ford, Palm Bay were thwarted by the decision makers who just don't care about anything but making the sale. Monday 7/17/23 we went to Gary Yeoman's Ford and spoke with a salesperson telling them we don't know if they deal with used vehicles in our price range and if they don't could they perhaps recommend where we should try. They had a car that worked, at the highest end of our budget of course, sold it to us, I had to go to the bank and get a cashiers check so they didn't lose the processing fee of running it on my debit card (yet they have no problem stalling on returning the funds), we purchased the extended warranty and the first payment was already deducted from our account that day. 7/18/23 Robert, a sames manager, called me and said he was sorry but the car didn't pass inspection and they couldn't sell it to us. I asked if they had anything else and he said he'd check. I agreed to a day then we'd ask for our funds back. I tried to call him again to add information but he hasn't set up his voicemail, he never returned my call. When I called the next day I was told both Robert and my salesperson were off, I was transferred to Cindy to resolve the issue of the warranty payment since we weren't getting the vehicle. Got her voice mail, she never returned my call (neither her or Robert ever did return the call). A call to accounting indicated they had to make sure the check I gave them had been deposited and cleared ( it was a cashiers check and if it wasn't deposited yet they should have just returned it to me). They liked to twist my words, or make up their version of facts, we didn't "change our mind" they sold us a car that they legally couldn't sell because it didn't pass inspection. Colton stepped in and did what he could but couldn't come up with another vehicle that worked for us. When he told me I'd get my money back and the amount of time I was upset. I had to get a bank check for them but they couldn't get a check to me because they needed two signatures and other excuses. Having been a finance person I know full well if you want to clear up an unfortunate situation so as to not make matters worse you can get a check whenever needed or wire the funds, that would have created good will and halt the situation getting worse. The GM there, Brent, told me that I could cash the check today at their bank-the bank said he should know better because of the amount. The bank was quite sure Brent should have known that information. So the car we found to replace the one they sold us, then took back, we may lose out on because they wouldn't do anything to expedite the refund. Banks hold checks over a certain amount and the accounting department knew this too. So I would give them a minus 50 stars if able. We are senior citizens, my husband's a disabled Vietnam Veteran, they must have gotten a big kick out of how they could just use our funds and make me chase all over the place trying to get a resolution so we could buy another vehicle. (check out Pags 3's post - they like making fun of people) and because they are a big company they don't give one hoot about our needs to have a vehicle. I have the contracts, they gave me a registration, I had the car added to my insurance but to them it's just business-it's not, it's BAD business. I wasn't asking for anything I don't know for a fact they could do, they just didn't want to because they would have to go out of their way. I will be sending in a complaint to the Florida Department of Consumer Affairs, and the Florida government agency that deals with how businesses treat senior citizens. If you deal

Do not buy a car from this location. They are frauds. They put my mother in law in a car with electrical problems. When we brought the car back, they traded it in for a brand new car. 3 weeks go by and they call her saying she had to bring the new car back because her old one was fixed. We never signed an agreement for a loaner car. We have finance papers. Not a rental car agreement. Then they tried to drop the old car off with no tag, insurance or registration to my mother in law's house but we caught it and sent it back. We are acquiring an attorney and starting a lawsuit. If there is anyone out there who has been messed up by this dealership let me know because I'm all for a larger lawsuit to take these people down.

I made an appointment last Friday to drop my Transit off on Monday. They determined that it needed a fuel injector. This is a van that has been in their shop a dozen time over the last year and a half. Today is Thursday and they do not know when they will have it repaired. I was told on Wednesday by Chris that it would be ready Thursday afternoon. This is a commercial vehicle that works a full schedule on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. I have commitments for Friday that I will not be able to complete. Look for the one star reviews on my company because of this. I have bought a number of Fords at Gary Yeomans Palm Bay Ford. I will not buy anymore vehicles from them. The service department at Gary Yeomans has just been terrible. I will not be bringing any of my vehicle to Gary Yeomans Palm Bay Ford for service. This will be the last time.

I want to say Thank You to my sales man Jorge for helping me find my Dream Truck! Jorge was super understanding and attentive to all my needs, he listened to what I wanted/needed rather than trying to quickly make his next sale and get me out the door. Even tho there were a few unexpected incidents… Gary Yeomen on Malabar Rd was very professional and dealt with the issues as fast as possible with the least burden on my end. Thank you again.
